Bad wolf doesn’t post any more either, though that’s  probably for the best, as he had proper issues that lad. Was last seen saying he was done with the club and hoped we got relegated with record low points total. Then bizarrely came back to gloat when Martin was fired and Juric didn’t do any better. Proper weirdo

It's times like this that this phrase springs to mind: “At some point in your childhood, you and your friends went outside to play together for the last time and nobody knew it..." Although being honest with ourselves, it would be more accurate to say, “At some point in your terminally online lives, you and your friends internet acquaintances logged in to bicker about the mostly-downward fortunes of an occasionally-mighty South Coast Club for the last time and nobody knew it”

I stopped posting so often when I noticed the abusive posters I had on ignore outnumbered those I read. It also coincided with this site lurching to the intolerant left, as has this countries Marxist government. I look forward to the time when the true working class of this country, rather than the public sector "workers" who have plenty of time to post, kick Labour into touch and we get a government representative of the taxpaying wealth creators.

In the meantime, I will chuckle at the morons clutching their pearls, at the overthrow of their hero, Maduro, the head of the narco-terrorist socialist state of Venezuela. I see the new broom Starmer thread is strangely silent. I look forward to the Ed Miliband/Angela Reynor appreciation thread. That should be a bundle of net zero, tax dodging fun.

VFTT/Ascoli. Great poster with an interesting past. Think cycling probably takes up all his time now. 

JRM. Not sure what happened to him, good poster. 

Colbury. Believe he died quite young sadly.

Sir Griff. Sadly died following a fall outside a club I believe. Was going out with PompeyLass.

Other notable skates include Linvoy’s Afro and Corp Ho. Last seen in Toys r Us apparently. 

The9. Use to enjoy telling everyone how good he was at Football. Wasn’t from the area so maybe fell out of love with us a bit.

It was quite clicky back in the day and our behaviour was overseen by the likes of Maverick, Michelle, Al de Man, Baj, Minty et al. I think they all use to meet up with their names on the back on their shirts 😂

Then you had the self care era. Starfish, SaintAndy666, Redandwhitepanda, SuperMikey and Buzzin Orn all spending their Friday and Saturday nights as 18 year olds posting on here! 

 

It was funnier years ago though. Less offence, less politics and generally less division. Probably mirrors the outside world quite well.

Ottery disappeared off the forum in 2014. I remember him posting not long after the last game of the season, but being annoyed with some crap from other posters and saying he was off. 
 

I was looking to contact him at the start of the next season but nowhere to be seen. 
 

Shame, nice bloke who made some good posts and comments.
