Yes the unsold Man City blocks in upper tier would be a continuation of our section so they have allowed for that, knowing the FA they'll leave it to the last minute though . We've sold up to block 528 i think. Blocks 527- 522 haven't been put on sale yet (to City) so in theory whole upper tier down to corner flag is available

Britannia Posted Saturday at 19:05 Posted Saturday at 19:05 24 minutes ago, Badger said: Perhaps splitting hairs, but do they go to an email account, or directly to an App? The current "Saints Tickets" app references an email address. When it's initially set up you can give it any email address, it's not looking for an account, just tickets assigned to that email address.

I dunno. I think an Arsenal winner with the last kick of the game today would destroy morale. Especially if they come from 2-0 down to do it.
benjii Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago I wonder how we will approach the match? Usual system or something different. I guess there would be an argument to play 3cms although I think with City the big threat comes from out wide, so I'm not sure if that would help or not. What we really need is to make sure the wide players are helping the fullbacks. I expect we would go into a 442 in defence and look to break quickly if we can. I wonder if we might go with something like Perry Back 4 Azaz Downes Jander Scienza Archer Larin

Its usually done by what side of the stadium we have, so Green Man, one of the fan zones , Spoons by Wembley Central etc as we have West side as usual I'd imagine a lot going by train will have a few central London before heading up, Baker St is usually good as well , tends not to be segregated but doubt any issues at a game like this Edited 11 hours ago by Football Special 1
saintwbu Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Bragg has played every FA Cup game so far, would be surprised if he dropped out. Could see it being a Bragg/Jander/Downes midfield like the Coventry game possibly. However i’d like Fellows and Scienza both on in this one to be able to break like we were against Arsenal. 1
saintant Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Not surprising to see City are going full strength against Arsenal. Hoping for knocks to Rodri, Doku, Semenyo and Haaland to rule them out of the semi final 🙂 A few others would be nice but I don't want to be too greedy.

Very unlikely to rotate, City win today and its in the bag, Arsenal don't have the bottle to attack rather than sit back and score from corners. City are far superior to Arsenal squad wise even if the put best players on 2nd half at 70 mins the FA semi is a much tougher task than QF v Arsenal. Arsenal underestimated Saints, Citywont do that.

They may well do, and probably should do having accumulated best players on highest wages , its obviously not a level playing field. Just go with the right attitude and give it our best shot. Doesn't help that Saints will likely have one eye on the Ipswich game. Hopefully we get more tickets, have twice as many fans as them, get the moral victory
Luke SkyWalker-Peters Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Good result today for us. City's minds will be almost entirely on the PL now. Given that they also have one less day of rest/preparation compared to us due to their wednesday night match, I'm starting to convince myself that we are going to shock them and win it. 2 2

ant Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Yeah, for the playoff final I walked from Waterloo to Brewdog Seven Dials (RIP), taking in a bit of the cycling event that was on. Then did a mini crawl across Covent Garden. Didn't expect to see so many Saints fans in The Lyric as there was. Given I'd already planned to be in Hackney Wick on Saturday for an event at Beer Merchants I'll probably still go there for a bit before heading back west. All bets are off if we win. Beers until we miss the last train home, probably.
