Just a quick reminder that Hull only scraped into the playoffs on the final day because Wrexham couldn’t win their final game

…. Against Boro.

The funniest thing about this is that the Boro fans were singing “mauled by the tigers” at the Wrexham fans too.

Karma eh, what a bitch 😂😂

I was trying to kid myself before the match that Boro winning would still be amusing (in the long run.... Hull City law suit, spanked every week in the PL...) but... Nah... How wrong was I... Superb!

I've had a few beers this afternoon in the shade of my apple tree, just come on here, don't know any of the details or even the actual score but so, so pleased! No bad language from me but an evil, evil laugh. Cheers all!

Just about to write the same thing. I was like, well logically boro winning would be more beneficial to us etc etc  but I really enjoyed that.

Hellberg likely gone by Christmas. Absolute joke of a manager, and he's already played his crying card.

Inject it into my veins

That is the picture of the year, right there.

Football does end up being the winner in the end. Keep your boardroom orchestrated politics away from the game you grubby cunt.

The responses to Di Marco’s post on Twitter earlier today is getting the grief it deserves. You would think he understands football fans. Obviously not. Barristers live in a very closeted world.

Apparently Middlesbrough are going to carry on training from Monday morning in case Don Gibbo can play another blinder and get them a 4th bite at the cherry...

Not sure about that, Hull had our number this season.

Yeah I get the 2 results this season but we were in a different place then , definitely think we had momentum and the game itself wasn’t a classic by all accounts I banned myself from watching and had no enthusiasm. End of day we never got to play.

Sadly beaten 2-0 by the Wembley ground staff next Tuesday.

Ground staff complain about the number of bottles around 'boro, and they are deducted 4 points for next season.

No point giving it too much thought, club’s fault not the fans or really the EFL’s even though I believe it was a Gibson Kangeroo court.

Gibson didn’t prosper in the end.

Heat was a huge factor today and will be more so in the WC coming up.

Not if the FA engage Gibbo to insist that all matches are played in air conditioned stadia. He’ll be petitioning the White House tomorrow
