Wait for 3, 2, 1. 3. Memorize the number's position on the screen, and then click the circles in order from the smallest number to the biggest number. 4. They had a 20 odd year old bloke, who was a binge drinker. He would have a can of beer for breakfast, and a few in the evening, but at the weekend he'd really go for it. His brain age was 85 or similar. He was encouraged to give up alcohol. Well, actually, he had been so scared by the findings, it was easy to drop the intake to bugger all. I think it's the sort of thing you can tune-in the brain to, hence your overall improvement. A sort of, focus and, exercise for the grey matter.
