Westwood last night was at romsey & was mocked & sang at “ Westwood is a peadophille … then he was attacked & his wig hat nicked .. I have videos of it from x .. the wig hat is sat at the saints fans house as a trophy 😭🤣

Brave or stupid of him!! I doubt many of ours would go kitted up to pubs in Pompey.I assume he had some of his mates with him

Weather now looking really grim for the game. I know the 3-0 game was played in high winds but I absolutely hate it! And while I'm at it don't they have a high strike rate for awful weather? The Yakubu 1-0 was in a hurricane and the most recent cup game was in torrential rain.....

If I remember rightly we lifted it a couple of years later which was an absurd decision.

As was letting the skates off the ticket money from the FA Cup tie in 2010.

Whilst the thought of his wig being lobbed in the air, all around St. Mary's is funny, the bloke in the blue tracky getting beer thrown at him, seems to be with his son. Not great optics and you just know that's going to be sensationalised beyond all truth and context. Still, not great as is in my opinion.

If you feel that way about it, go and drink in a pub in the Pompey area, wearing a Saints hat.

They knew what they were doing. You can hear 'Blue Army' at the beginning of the video.If the Pompey fans had kept quiet, they'd have been left alone and if they had, believe me, they'd have been boasting how they'd taken a scummer pub unchallenged.  

Westwood is already putting a spin on it it in the Portsmouth News, saying he was on his own outside and the Saints fan ran past him before he could catch him.

Anyway, people pay good money to get beer thrown over them at an Oasis concert. It beats getting punched in the mouth.

You want to have a fight - have a fight - but leave the kids out of it.

Shameful really and that apparently saints fan is not big nor clever not a tough guy for his threatening behaviour - just an embarrassment.

As for that That Westwood fella never met him in person but I suspect he has got a deep seated desire for notoriety - that’s no secret - so this kind of stunt does nothing but feed into it. All the same I find it pathetic. You want to have a meet up do it proper not this throwing pints of beer at dads with there kids chicken shit. Fecking embarrassing .

I have been in plenty of opposition pubs giving it the big one. I have looked for plenty of fights too. I have the scars and court appearances to testify to both. Neither of which is big or clever. I am certainly not defending the Pompey fans but in all my experience there are unwritten rules, one of which being children present. Maybe things have changed since my days. The fact Westwood is already spinning this, proves my point entirely. As for your last point, that probably wasn't beer :)

The passing football will go out the window plus Saints will water the pitch as usual. Saints will need to resort to guts and aggression not silky ball skills.

that must be the infamous Romsey Yoof lead by their notorious leader Denzil. Interesting Denzil used to use that moniker in real life and forums to trick the old bill into thinking he was black when he was really a white skinhead.
