Let’s establish some very fair facts:

- Three CB’s is cowardly against a relegation threatened team, you limit your own attacking options.

- Counter attacking football is not the best system for our players, we have one of the best technical squads in the league (supposedly).

- The manager doesn’t change formation when shit hits the fan.

- This IS NOT BETTER than we were under Russell Martin two years ago.

Scienza off 😂

We used to scratch our heads when Will Still took off our best players... Tonda now reverting to the very same 'tactics'...

Why would you expect it to be better than under Martin?

We were class under Martin and we had KWP and Stuart Armstrong.

And Adams!

Despite that being the approach Tonda initially deployed, winning 6 out 8 in the process...?

There’s some decent games on in the EFL Sky selection today. I’m enjoying Cheltenham thrash Shrewsbury but as long as it isn’t the skates game you can’t go wrong.

Anything is better than a dead once-great football club being run by a clueless Danish prick and imposing a style of play even Ian Branfoot would get bored with deploying.

It's almost as if appointing him wasn't really the best option.

It absolutely is, but you have to actually do the attacking part with some purpose and urgency. Something we have lacked the last few games, Coventry obviously being a lot more difficult because you can’t counter a team that doesn’t attack.

Holy shit! Fellows is playing!

Yes I was waiting for him to be subbed on at one point till I realised he was already out there. He's been very quiet today.

It’s pretty simple. The decision maker re tactics isn’t TE. I was laughed at when I suggested this recently but any manager worth their salt wouldn’t continue with these tactics and these players if they weren’t being told what to do

Actually starting to  get angry watching this

Change to one of the other EFL games - there’s some good ones active. 3-1 now at Cheltenham, sadly it’s a ex-skate scoring.

At least we've got a couple of no-nonsense local journos to robustly question Tonda's introverted approach to tactics since getting the job full time and thus hold him to account... Ah... On second thoughts...

Manager well and truly sussed out.

Another master class of recruitment

Agree to a certain extent... We had a good run and SR got carried away with his appointment seeing it as a quick get out of jail card... I've Seen nothing that he is capable of turning around Games where we don't immediately run to a lead in  the first half... Very questionable second half substitutes and passive tactics and formations!

They’re passive in the sense Rasmus dictates them. Why do you think Spors wants out already? But if you’re a 31 year old kiddie you are easily led and he’s grateful for being a figurehead for Rasmus’s dirty work.

If we had a leader on the pitch maybe the players would collectively grow a pair and sort things out for themselves - despite what those on the touchline are telling them.

The players have been told this is the fa cup game and think they are at Doncaster.

If we are 1-1 with Doncaster this far into the second half things will be worse than they currently appear.

He needs to play on wing.

Exactly his more natural position

This is on Tonda. He’s made shit decisions again. He has taken the onl6 natural scorer off and he hasn’t driven the team to change their style to higher intensity and more direct. This is shit and so is he
