I’m not too concerned, as long as we keep Bazuna, in case Peretz is added to your list.

Baz, Stephens and Downs is the core of a team that will be fine in the championship

Why are you guys playing silly games with these rumours.

They are obviously bored with little in the way of decent rumours. Make up shit and see how many bites you can get is obviously the thing during the school summer holidays!

They were made up? FFS I threw out my Saints bedding over this.

another great bit of business.

In fairness, the guy wasn't playing and we didn't have much else to cash in on. He probably paid for the Larin and Peretz loans. 20:20 hindsight is a great thing.

so would have not signing Quarshie

If you look at our success vs flop criteria last season I'd say we were in credit.

Burnley seem to have done well from our cast offs who leave for pennies. Recall them spending a few million after and getting good service from Jack Cork as well.

I also thought he was poor when QPR played us

Edward’s arrived with lots of people telling us he was a great prospect. He didn’t play much at all in the first season before his loan, where he got lots of plaudits, came back to us and I can’t recall a decent game, although he was played out of position a few times.

Then he left permanently, I only saw him in the QPR game against us when the decision to sell him seemed to be the correct one but now he’s more than doubled his transfer fee. Where are people seeing his talent/potential?

Seems like he just didn't fit in at the time at Saints or never settled.

QPR fans rate him.

They conceded more goals per game with him in the defence, when he joined them on a January loan two seasons ago.

When he joined them permanently this January, they again conceded more goals per game with him in the defence.

Their fans might well rate him, but it's a curious coincidence that their defence plays better when he's not part of it.

I don't think weak in the air and slow across the ground is a great combination for a centre back. But hey, good luck to him.
