At the match. Pants first 15 minutes, then on top the rest of the half. Bragg looking out of his depth and/or low on confidence unfortunately. Reckon we'll need a third goal as I can see Millwall grabbing another.

P.s. the new CB with the long surname looking very good

P.s.s. since when was wrapping your arms around our strikers and pulling them to the ground not against the rules...?

Other than that incident, been better than most refs I’ve seen at this level. I also watch Cheltenham’s games when there isn’t a clash with Saints and it doesn’t get better as a standard down the leagues with the officials.

There is so much luck in football.  Their opening goal: a lucky deflection.  Ryan Manning hits the post... unlucky miss. Their open goal miss... unlucky... 3 inches left and that is in.   Score could easily be 2-2... or 3-0 Saints.  But for me the bigger takeaway from the half was this:   we're up against the current best team in the championship and are DAZZLING them.  Some of our football in the last 25 mins... better than anything I've seen of any championship team. Zing-zing-zing kapow!  Feels like the season is starting today. This has been thrilling.  All we need is JWP to come in with a free-kick in the 80th minute...

Really need a third goal because we still look a bit suspect at the back. But much improved after a poor start.

Azaz has been playing so well this week - that break during the summer and preseason has really helped him.

Cyle Larin - currently meeting Tonda's claim 

Scienza seems enthused that with JWP imminent that he won't need to be bashed all over the park every week.

I'm happy for Bragg to stay in the squad. He played some really solid games against PL teams last year.

Dunno, he seemed to be going down the tunnel at some pace and there was a lot of blood. He didn’t look concussed when on the floor. Certainly hope not, we don’t have enough steel in the midfield as it is.

I occasionally see Torquay in NLS, the level is far, far worse again. I saw better in the Tyro League as a kid.

Probably sensible given that was a right old whack, but that’s now a very lightweight midfield. Definitely need to add pace/power/height in central areas.
