Wild Guess no.226. if the arms dealer has in some way used them as a vehicle or agent to look after his land - it's all over for the blue few.

It would mean the £9M has just gone on the winding up order and needs settling now.

 

Also the Prem can clearly see that the club is now being run by people as shadow directors, a clear breach of league rules.

 

Get the ref to stop it, they have taken too much punishment, stop the fight, get the administrator in.

Rhyming slang he may well be, but I think he's right on both counts. It clearly won't happen, but if it did the impact would be immense. Four thousand or so empty seats, at that game of all games, would be one hell of a picture. Admittedly, TCWTB (thanks to ESB for that acrostic) would turn up anyway, but then you could always argue that the symbolism would actually be enhanced by his presence.

That nasty little club is unravelling at mach speed and I suspect we'll discover more horrific secrets as the fallout spreads itself far and wide.

 

I would feel sorry for the fans but they get little sympathy with the way they acted towards us.

 

I do feel vitriol towards Storrie (grade a c()nt of the highest order) who has lied and wriggled and squirmed and denied all knowledge of the gross overspending during the Redknapp era whilst lining his own dirty, soiled pockets and of course the Premier League, who gutlessly lifted their embargo. This is all happening whilst other clubs around them continued to be pillored and the businesses who are owed big money from Portsmouth fight their own solvency in a troubled economy.

 

I would reserve massive, genuine and sincere sympathies towards their fanbase but the way they have acted, with such little dignity and so very much mud slinging (Liebherr a nazi etc) indicates to me they are reaping what they have sowed and deserve everything that gets thrown at them.

I did have some minor sympathy for the Blue Circus , however this clutching at straws slander of ML and his family shows what a real bunch of petty minded, jealous and ignorant bunch of W****rs the majority of them are.

 

I hope the club folds , Fp demolished and they are wiped off the football map , i personally would LOVE IT , JUST LOVE IT as a great KK once said...

Good post and lets not forget - he effectively rewarded himself the 'best paid CEO' in the Premier League position, knowingly lapping up the cash whilst it was there and bleating ignorance and innocence when the **** eventually hit the fan.

 

This is why I don't really blame the Arabs at all, well, not Al-Fahim anyway - they probably came in with honest intentions and took one look at the books and thought '****, this...'

Haha, I think I read it about an hour ago on one of their boards! At first I was amazed then of course, it dawned it me - its literally common practice now...

 

It's really, really tragic its got that bad and at least they can keep a comprehensive check on how badly their 'owners' and 'officials' have screwed them for one paltry FA Cup.

The list of Supporting Creditors is probably extensive anyway as the Petition has now been advertised as per the rules which explains why the Companies Bank Account has been frozen as the Bank are obligated to do that .

 

No transactions are allowed without specific permission ofthe Petitioning Creditor HMRC

 

Next will be the announcement that the Players will not have been paid because the Club will have to find an alternative source from which to transmit the money to their accounts

 

I shall be attending the hearing on 10th feb to find out exactly the full list of creditors and the full amounts owed in total.

 

 

 

Whilst that appliciation was pending the Petition could not be advertised. hence the fact that Supporting Creditors are now joining

 

Only the Bank Account of the Company facing the petition is affected.

Nothing to stop the Club using another account/source related company to deal with wages or a third party. The problem will be setting up methods fo paying staff/players

 

 

Seems that even if they have the money it's also finding the means to pay the staff that has become difficult too.

I don't believe for one minute that about the HRMC blocking funds to pay wages. As far as i can tell they do not have the power to stop banks from trading normally. If you have set funds in say bank A and want to move it to bank B then how do they have legal authority to block that?

 

Storie say's they can't transfer money while they have a winding up petition but did they not have that in place for the last 2 pay day's? Did they not have that when paying the clubs they owed?

 

It would not be in HRMC's interests to block the transfer because by doing so makes the staff free to walk away, meaning they join clubs for nothing. Meaning no money for HRMC.

 

Sounds like another excuse wheeled out as to why people will not be paid.

They say "The club also have to pay a round of transfer instalments today, said to amount to around £2m, plus further payments are due on Sunday and next week. If any of these are missed the *Premier League will consider reapplying the player registration embargo which was only lifted earlier this week"

 

So technically today they will have to pay about £3.5m then. Basically meaning someone has to be sold today or they are gone.

If Storrie & SSN are to be believed, Storrie, Grant and Jacobs are not involved in the transfers out to Spurs. At all. The conclusion is that it's all being dealt with exclusively by Azougy.

 

Azougy, with nasty links to Chanrai and the Gaydamaks.

 

Chanrai, who is reportedly very piśśed off that the PL withheld HIS £7m TV money and paid it to other clubs.

 

And the Gaydamaks, who claim they are due a £9m debt repayment installment at the end of this month (the day after tomorrow).

 

I would watch the table very, very closely, to keep an eye on which cup the money is under.

Well their is the possibility that if they don't make some football transfer related payments today the transfer embargo will be reapplied with them only having got in one relatively unknown player.
