Florin was recovering from injury when he joined, so it's been 3mths since he last played a competitive match. He's recovered from the injury now and is fit - but not match fit. He'll be eased in to the first team. I thought about that, but still unsure as to how you would fit Alderweireld, Gardos and Cpt Fonte into the same side..! He also mentions playing Long and Pelle up front together.. this may allow us to do that. Away at big clubs I can see us using this. All options and shows what good business we have done He played a similar 5-3-2 system with Feyenoord last year as well in difficult away matches. Louis van Gaal copied the same system at the World Cup after seeing Koeman doing this. I'm not sure about Alderweireld though.
