Perfect summary of Martin ball by the BBC although “throwing caution to the wind” is generous in an attacking sense as the build up is usually walking pace.

Last season was obviously a shit show. I’m not convinced he’s the main reason for that personally but it’s subjective and if people want to call him a vegan cunt for that because they think it’s funny then good for them. I think obsessively watching his teams in the hope they lose and you can quickly fire a minute by minute report of it on a messageboard is a bit strange. Especially when you consider our new managers thread took a month or so to go through the amount of pages this has tonight. 

But the idea that the Championship is just a foregone conclusion and Martin nearly fucked it up is wrong. Fingers crossed this season goes smoothly and allows people to continue that narrative obviously but I’ll be as equally as impressed by Still if he gets us up with the ease everyone expected Martin to do and makes it even more exciting with all the goals we’ll no doubt score.

I’ve defended his work at Saints because I was tagged into the thread during what seemed to be a 3 page minute by minute report on a Rangers game. Haven’t commented on any of his games over the past weeks.

Of course you haven’t, because the performances have been atrocious and highlighted all of his flaws as a manager. Convenient you’ve had nothing to say about that, and making out you don’t care. Had they blitzed every game however, you’d have been all over it, mocking those who wanted him gone and pointing to how the grass isn’t always greener or some other smug nonsense. Their first league goal was against Dundee on the 9th apparently and I made 1 post that day in the Wrexham thread, so, that’s not true.

And the only posts I’ve made in here about RM and Saints. But anyway, now we’re into the realms of assuming I’m Lucy Pinder/Another family member and/or just making up stuff about when and what I’m posting I think I’ll let the people who are doing minute by minute reports on Rangers matches because they are losing judging someone for posting when they scored a goal, that didn’t happen.

Their first goal of the season was against Panthanikos after 52 minutes, goal scored around 8.54pm. You posted at 8.55pm, as Fry says, within 2 mins of them scoring their first goal. Perfectly normal behaviour. 😂
