As we have very little chance of hanging onto a 1-0 lead, the way for us to win in this division (until we build confidence) is to get into a 2 or 3 goal lead, and hope that the opposition gives up a little and takes their foot off the gas. 

No point in trying to be solid in numbers at the back, as we crumble under pressure no matter how many bodies we put back there.

No excuse for not ditching the failing 3 centre back system today. Should have gone 4231 and he'll have a lot of explaining to do if his line up doesn't pay off because the vast majority of us can see it doesn't work and are sick to the back teeth of it. He's making it very hard to back him and call for more time because he doesn't help himself.

What does that even mean? Who would force the manager to persist with a formation that is shit and doesn't work? Particularly at home.

I’m not in the Still out camp (yet!) but that sort of selection puts a lot of pressure on him. Has the feel of a must win to get our season going again and give Still a bit of breathing space. Also feels like a big game for Azaz - still yet to see much of anything from him so far.

Good to see Matsuki on the bench, I’ve liked him in the little I have seen of him.

The November fixture list looks relatively forgiving so if we can find some momentum we could start moving up the table.

Nah, he didn't put Edwards in MF the other day, he put Stephens there even though he's probably worse on the ball so it'll be the back 3.

I reckon Azaz will drop back into mf when we don't have the ball to match up as they normally play 3 at the back as well.

If this is true he needs to have the balls to call out those at the club who are telling him what formation to play. Personally I think he's deciding on 3 centre halves but I have no idea why he's persisting with it.
