On the many games that Stewart won't play because he can't play whole games or if/when he is injured again we will be relying on him to play substantial amounts of games. And add in the fact that Larin hasn't had much game time, so will take a while to get to match fitness/used to the team and the demands of this league, I can't see much immediate impact. SR haven't got on top of the CF position from day one. Very concerning. 4

Edit; I can feel the laughing emojis coming already, so to pre-empt them; Onuachu is 2nd top scorer in the Turkish league this season, 14 in 24 in all competitions. He has more goals than Mauro Icardi, Marco Ascencio, Victor Osimhen, Leroy Sane and, interestingly, double what Tammy Abraham has who Villa have just deemed good enough to bring back to the Premier League. Just as long as we can agree that anyone could have had the same gut feeling based on very little when we signed Carillo and even Onuachu.

There are plenty of players that don't want to be here / are useless. namely McCarthy, Manning, Downes, Stephens, Aribo, Armstrong, Archer and Edozie. So let them go. Sport Republic have had plenty of time to start resolving this, changing GK and bringing back Bree is a good sign but not good enough. Why not? If we did go up... we'd sign new players in the summer. 1

Saint Matty 76 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago He's had some good spells in his career to be fair. 8 in 19 in La Liga a few years back. Jack Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Maybe after the deadline day business last time we need to give Spors a bit of a break, Fellows, Jander, Scienza and Azaz were all astute signings. But yeah, this Canadian chump looks rubbish and probably not the answer to replace guaranteed championship goals in Armstrong. Let’s hope it’s a smoke screen or not the man target
pimpin4rizeal Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) To the people saying how it’s so hard to sign a decent striker in January. Why don’t we play by these rules then and not sell our proven 20 goal a season striker ffs ? even if AA isn’t that happy here, fuck that we are half way through the season make him wait until the summer, I also think the people who are starting to rate Stewart higher then AA are losing the plot- based on what? he’s barely scored about 5 his whole time with us we haven’t even seen enough of him to know how good he is yet ? Not to mention he could break down at any time if Armstrong and archer really do leave I’d also rather we sign a pacy striker then a big cf as we need someone to replace those two now with azaz as playmaker having pacy players gives him more chance to break the lines.. it’s really Annoying that just as we have seemingly sorted out our defensive problems, got rid of bazunu and replaced well everything was looking good and even I was feeling positive .. now we have to go and completely fucking wreck the forward line when there is absolutely no need to do this Edited 2 hours ago by pimpin4rizeal 5

National League clubs are run better. What a brilliant metaphor for where we are, this Canadian 'prospect'. Doesn't even fit the age model. So confused it's laughable. 'Get someone in who owns legs!' being the desperate call of Spors to his phone bunnies. 'But who we can call an international. Even if he's shit. Just get a body in!' 'Yes boss'. 1
