Mattio Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Why would the game not be a 3pm kick off? Sky won't be showing the Scottish cup final on Main Event and it's a pisstake for Hull fans if they go with a lunchtime K.O.
Football Special Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Can only assume if Millwall were in final they might have used a 1pm ko, but no reason why this this can't be 3pm Sky might prefer 5.15 which seems to be optimum time for viewing figures
Bakovnetski Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago This isn't going to happen. There is a taste within the media and the halls of power for kicking us out and installing Boro instead. 1 6

stfrancisofbenali Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago EFL currently looking at possible alternative venues and moving the date of the Play Off Final. Any decision re: Spygate has to be made before the game and 10 days may not be enough time to investigate, reach conclusions and pass sentence. None of this bodes well for us. 7

Bakovnetski Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago It'll happen at Wembley, otherwise Wembley would likely sue them for lost revenue. It may be delayed though.
bender Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago How many tickets did we get for 2024 final ? Will it be like the cup semi where we're given an amount and then given more when we sell them out.
AlexLaw76 Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago How would playing it at Villa Park be fair on Hull and their fans? Surely the EFL have paid to use Wembley for this, regardless
Pilchards Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Just got a message that we have Wealdstone social club. Anyone done it before and how far is the train from there to Wembley?

Excuse the ChatGPT, but I couldn't remember myself Southampton F.C. were initially allocated 35,667 tickets for the 2024 Championship Play-off Final against Leeds United at Wembley Stadium. A few days later, Wembley released an additional 1,233 tickets to Southampton after the initial allocation sold out, taking the total Saints allocation to approximately 36,900 tickets. The total attendance for the final was 85,862, which was actually the best-attended Championship play-off final in about a decade.

As I say, it doesn't bode well for us.
LGTL Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I’ll be extremely surprised if they move the date of the play off final. The World Cup starts shortly after FFS. Some of you lot need to stop reading Boro freaks on social media pretending to be ITK. 5

obelisk Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I'll be in Madeira (it's where us old people go for their hols) so I suppose will have to find a suitable bar.
Saint Garrett Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Gunna be very very tough game. Had the better of us twice this season already. One of those weird teams that never seems that good, but they're super clinical. Overperformed their xG all season. We should have too much for them, but a huge one off game. Peretz Bree THB Stephens Manning Downes Jander Matsuki Azaz Scienza (if fit) Larin Possibly THB will be suspended, and Scienza might miss out. Could also make a case for Wood, Fellows and Stewart starting. Think Charles will start on the bench. 1

O_B Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago No way it would be delayed. The football calendar is far too packed pre WC. 1
Saint Matty 76 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I think I'd be tempted to start Downes, Charles and Jander. Looked alright when we moved into that yesterday, gives a bit more control of the midfield in a big occasion. Hopefully Stephens is fit as Wood on the ball is a bit of a roadblock for our build-up. Peretz Bree - THB - Stephens - Manning Charles - Downes - Jander Azaz - Scienza Either 1

If it turns out we have been spying, then we did not gain any advantage for the semi final as the contents was deleted. So Middlesbrough are not the victim here, we have just broken a rule, it did not have any impact on Boro so they do not need compensation. Edited 2 hours ago by Dr Who? 1
