It's obviously not #simple to sign them (I imagine PL sides are looking at all five of them, though they've had a few years to look at Sargent and Hamer and not jumped on them), but there's your answer for the "Get relegated, sign the best players in the league you're now in" strat.

 

It's far from simple. It's neigh on impossible. Sargent is going to Burnley and Sainz to Porto. We cant compete there, likewise, Hackney is linked to Sunderland. Realistically, Hamer and Burrows aren't leaving Sheff United for us.

Bear in mind Ryan Manning was in the team of the season and didn’t get promoted and then we signed him and he was bang average (at best).
