John McGinn is my favourite non saints player, very traditional cm. I didn’t realise how quick he was.

I prefer Ronaldinho.

Premier league team in the final of all European competitions pretty impressive. When did that last happen if ever?

Forest owner definitely sacking the manager after this 😂

They were terrible tonight, as much as Villa were brilliant.

Well done to Arsenal, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace. 3 English teams making history by reaching the finals of their respective European football competitions. Lovely to see Prince William jumping around and cheering his beloved Villa on to victory. Good luck to all 3 in their finals.

Yes but its all getting a bit silly with European qualifications, its now in the Premier League interest for Villa to win Europa league and finish 5th. That will ensure 6th place will also be gifted a Champions league place. 6 teams in the Champions league from one country is ridiculous,  could be 9 teams in Europe in total from the Premier League

I have never felt that winning the Europa warranted a Champions League place, underlined when a poor Spurs side won it last season. A free pass into a later round of the Europe League would be more appropriate in my humble opinion.

More right to be in the Champions League than a team finishing 4th.

Only just tuned in but Hull v Millwall seems a very drab affair.

What happened to Will Smallbone? I know he got injured after only a handful of appearances for Millwall but if he's been out that long then why didn't they send him back early like would normally happen with a long-term injured loanee?

Millwall and Hull have been dreadful.

Middlesbrough should thrash either of them after they’ve had 3 weeks rest.

Yep Middlesbrough will be by far the best team left in the competition once we've been expelled for espionage.

But seriously, I fancy Millwall to win that at the Den.

Wouldn’t ready too much into it play off first legs are often tight dull games. Neither team will want to lose but then you wouldn’t want to have to go to the Den and get a result so probably better result for Millwall

Had a few minutes since March, 7, 1, 6 and 17 on the last day. Just not that good.

Spent the evening with a Hearts fan in a pub in Minneapolis last year, and would love to see Hearts break the old firm domination.

if you had told me three years ago , that instead of going to the pub on a Saturday afternoon for a few bevvies, I’d be sat at home watching Motherwell v Hearts I’d have thought you insane . And Lawrence Shankland is a machine, I know Saints were interested in him a few years back, what could have been.
