Let's hope Tuchel sees how wingers are / runners are utilised in that Bayern team and replicate it for England. Instead we'll get Kane dropping in midfield with no one upfront! 1
Saint_clark Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Watching the league one playoff final right now and it's making me appreciate just how absurdly good our league one side was. We had Premier League players throughout in the third division, incredible really. Great times.

Saint_clark Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Fuck me look at the size of the league one playoff trophy, how they gonna lift that one? 1
Saint NL Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Burnley managing to finish in last place after Wolves start is some going 4
SNSUN Posted May 24 Posted May 24 West Ham score not that it'll make a blind bit of difference to their relegation if Spurs win.
LiberalCommunist Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Time for Spursy to activate Spursism. Come on, you know its coming.
Saint NL Posted May 24 Posted May 24 I'm watching the spurs game in the hope of a miracle, but Everton are barely trying 1

Baird of the land Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Really disappointing how pathetic Everton are playing. Zero effort. 1

Saint NL Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Fernandes relegated for a second time with West ham. Talk of Man United putting in a bid for him. He couldn't relegate them as well could he? 😂 1 1
John Boy Saint Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Off to the Taxpayer Dildo Dome Àrena (League one Glen for that) next season. 2
sadoldgit Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Happy with that. My neighbour is an utter knobhead and he is a big Wet Spam supporter. Might just break open some bubbly tonight! 1
Kenilworthy1959 Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Karren Brady " a world class team in a world class stadium". Resigned shamefully a few weeks back to avoid being on the board come relegation. It was clear when they couldn't beat us a year ago that they were a dreadful side. Feel sorry for KWP - that is three relegations in four seasons. 1

Midfield_General Posted May 24 Posted May 24 (edited) JWP manages to help relegate not one but two teams in the same season. Is that a new record? While KWP, Fernandes and Armstrong all achieve back-to-back relegations in successive seasons. Edited May 24 by Midfield_General 1

Didn't see any shots of him coming back. His partner was still there though.
sockeye Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Would have been funny to see Tottenham relegated but they’d walk the league next year. Much happier with this result. 3
HarvSFC Posted May 24 Posted May 24 To be fair, Karen Brady was on our side during the play-off expulsion show. 1

Without looking too closely, they've spent a fortune on not improving their side. I remember it being a vocal, or media friendly lot who were baying for Moyes to go, as he couldn't take them to "the next level." With the dodgy owners and dodgy stadium deal, I've only sympathy for club staff and suppliers whose jobs will be impacted. That applies to any club. 1

Willo of Whiteley Posted May 24 Posted May 24 Everton are the least dependable team away from home. Spurs were always safe. De Zerbi’s reaction at full time is both hilarious and pathetic, as were the Spurs players when they scored their goal. Celebrating like they won the league the day their rivals lift the trophy. The Spursiest reaction ever. On a side note, fantastic move for Tyler Dibling, did he rack up more than ten minutes this season? 1 1

In Stones case, I guess Villa were just thanking him for being the defender for their two goals. But when did this start?
