SaintsRoyalty Posted yesterday at 16:56 Posted yesterday at 16:56 Tom Fellows is pointless. Can’t have an attacking player that only passes backwards. Matsuki to come on and get the winner. 1

Naivety from Welington there pumping an early ball into the box instead of just making them run around chasing it by passing infield. Have to say what we've seen so far makes me excited to see Larin up against their defence...can't believe I'm saying that! Edited yesterday at 16:57 by Saint_clark 2
Suhari Posted yesterday at 16:59 Posted yesterday at 16:59 Who was the combover on the City bench? Not seen one of those in ages. Well played sir. 1
benjii Posted yesterday at 16:59 Posted yesterday at 16:59 We can definitely get a goal, I feel. But we need more precision with the runs and the choice of pass. Think Larin could be very effective, and I'm sure we'll see Matsuki and Edozie or Archer give us some fresh pace later. I think Bragg and Jander have been immense. When Charles comes on he needs to get up to speed quickly. Will be a real challenge when Silva, Haaland and Doku come in. 3 1

Mr X Posted yesterday at 17:00 Posted yesterday at 17:00 Commentators saying it's the best city bench they have ever seen! 😂😥

St. Ciervo Posted yesterday at 17:03 Posted yesterday at 17:03 ballsy defense by Wellington. Turned out great.
egg Posted yesterday at 17:03 Posted yesterday at 17:03 2 minutes ago, benjii said: He's doing his job well, and you don't understand it. Yep. He's having to work hard to keep possession, and doing it nicely. 1

sfc4prem Posted yesterday at 17:04 Posted yesterday at 17:04 Who expected us to come out unscathed in the first half? Good stuff! 1
Saint NL Posted yesterday at 17:04 Posted yesterday at 17:04 Half time. Some great performances, the game plan looks good. We just need a good chance and we can win this
Patches O Houlihan Posted yesterday at 17:04 Posted yesterday at 17:04 Well done Saints! [+ well done Alan Shearer for giving an even handed commentary!] 4
ButtikonSaint Posted yesterday at 17:04 Posted yesterday at 17:04 good half, wembley is yellow 💛 👏 👌 💪
Saint_clark Posted yesterday at 17:05 Posted yesterday at 17:05 Larin on for Stewart at 60 I reckon. Half an hour for him to run at full pelt at the backline. 1
Toadhall Saint Posted yesterday at 17:05 Posted yesterday at 17:05 Well done Saints - not looked out of place against City. Defended well and think we have held a threat up front. Need to get Leo on the ball more. 2
obelisk Posted yesterday at 17:05 Posted yesterday at 17:05 Have to be pleased with 0-0 at HT. Saints having to work hard but making it difficult for the Prem League outfit.
BotleySaint Posted yesterday at 17:05 Posted yesterday at 17:05 Decent first half. But I do sense they've not got out of first gear. 1

Suhari Posted yesterday at 17:06 Posted yesterday at 17:06 Organised and disciplined. What we needed to be. A little more possession would be welcome. We'll surely get a chance/half-chance. HAVE to take it when it comes.
benjii Posted yesterday at 17:06 Posted yesterday at 17:06 Welly, Jander and Bragg absolutely excellent. Gonna be hard as we tire though. 3
Saint NL Posted yesterday at 17:07 Posted yesterday at 17:07 BBC pundits have been very complimentary about Saints performance. 2
Jimmy_D Posted yesterday at 17:07 Posted yesterday at 17:07 Well, feels like we’re up against a side that it’s very possible for us to beat, which isn’t a bad position to be in for an FA Cup Semifinal! 1

Saint_clark Posted yesterday at 17:08 Posted yesterday at 17:08 Peretz having a really good game. Bazunu in goal and we'd be two down for sure.

saintant Posted yesterday at 17:10 Posted yesterday at 17:10 Very good half by us with no major panics. We've defended solidly and restricted them overall. Yes, they've had lots of the ball but we're shutting down their passing lanes in dangerous areas. We've had one or two moments and will need to take more risks as the game goes on but half time at 0-0 is excellent. Their bench is obviously very strong. The longer we stay in the game the more chance we might nick a goal. Encouraging. 1
Saint NL Posted yesterday at 17:11 Posted yesterday at 17:11 Micha Richards is calling Azaz "Ajaz" which is weird
Thereisonlyonemickychannon Posted yesterday at 17:11 Posted yesterday at 17:11 That pretend mystery injury to nunes was so obviously a con by gladioli. What a bunch of cheaters City are. Not even been fined or docked points yet! Great to see my hero and legend Mick Channon in the stands watching the boys who are playing a blinder. COME ON SAINTS! 1
Lee On Solent Saint Posted yesterday at 17:13 Posted yesterday at 17:13 Great first half. Would have taken nil nil at the break all day long. Feels like I'm at a rave rather than a football match now. 2

saintant Posted yesterday at 17:16 Posted yesterday at 17:16 (edited) If we can stay in touch as the game goes deeper anything can happen and one moment of magic can make one of our boys a hero. Our chances now are certainly higher than they were at minute one. Keep the composure, win a high turn over and strike for the kill. Come on you Yellows!!!! Edited yesterday at 17:16 by saintant

Mr X Posted yesterday at 17:16 Posted yesterday at 17:16 Think we will see a different city in the next 45 they will definitely want to step up a gear we've done amazing to last 45 well done saints!
SNSUN Posted yesterday at 17:17 Posted yesterday at 17:17 No shots, on target or off target, no corners... No bother. The score line that matters is Man City - nil.
64saint Posted yesterday at 17:17 Posted yesterday at 17:17 Good to see Jim Mcalliog Nick Holmes. Mick Channon. Mcalliog thought we won't in the 60s though 🤣🤣
Convict Colony Posted yesterday at 17:18 Posted yesterday at 17:18 Id like to see larin for stewart as he just seems to work more, be more physical etc
