It’s unusual because……. We’re in an unusual situation. People can read what they like into it, but anyone who reads anything into it, is a plank…

Let's put it like this. The absence of that information would be more concerning than otherwise.

I take it the appeal is on hold for the weekend? This is why we are looking at Tuesday (as a matter of urgency 🙄) for a conclusion. 3 day hearing sounds about right. Bit silly though as it is urgent but they cannot meet at the weekend!

Might be wrong but I doubt the legal eagles of the level this would take don’t work on a Saturday or Sunday.

You would be surprised.

Probably because most people with a brain know that there is practically zero chance this amateur has ever managed to avoid being caught.

Looks like we've started something now.

I'd imagine it's proceeding over the weekend. 3 day hearing Friday to Sunday, Monday for deliberations/decision writing, and deliver that either later on Monday or Tuesday.

Indeed, and most certainly charging weekend hours for the privilege!

Half time during the FA Cup final wouldn't be a bad time to release the verdict.

“The EFL have docked Middlesbrough 6 points for the 2026/27 season for making the independent commission work on a weekend”

If we get caught for spying on EVERY team, then expulsion from the playoffs would not help the aggrieved teams either. Massive fine, touchline ban for Tonda, Saints March On.

there currently is not any public evidence that Tonda was involved here.

Unless there is why on earth should he have a touchline ban?

In the event of us spying on more than one team, our heads would surely know.

Why? I would expect analysts to simply provide a dossier on the opposition to the manager, and the analysts to simply get on with sorting that dossier for each opponent.

Have I missed something? I can’t find anywhere where the club have officially admitted guilt. I see that the club have accepted that something has happened which they need to respond to but that is not admitting guilt is it?

Alfie House has said that the club won't be contesting the charge and will offer mitigation instead. He only would have got that info from the club.

You honestly would have to be a complete simpleton to believe we might not be guilty at this point.

I know it's different leagues but I wonder what will be deemed worse in case of punishments handed out. Someone with an iPhone allegedly taking a picture of a teams training or fans invading the pitch and allegedly assaulting the opposition players.

"Could", "might", "believe".........how to make out you know something when in fact you know fuck all.

One thing this whole episode has shown me is how irritating the grifting social media class is, from this clown and others reposting speculative crap for clicks to Benjamin Bloom and his stupid hair and even Football Martin, who seems like a good guy but perhaps might have sat on this a bit.

He tweeted something about that I think, but quickly deleted it after.
