Hopefully Spurs get Ireola from Bournemouth and he can’t repeat what he did previously.

Bournemouth appoint Jason Tindall and are relegated by March never to return again

Appears they really want Thomas Frank and are getting close...

Well, it may be Spurs get Frank and Brentford going for McKenna, which is good news for us.

I fully expect Brentford to pull out some random from the Danish second division and still defy all the odds.

I do as well. It will be sad if Spurs ruin him

Nobody has commented about Scotland's 3-1 home defeat to Iceland, although I've only read the match report. Their first choice keeper is Angus Gunn, and after he went off injured their sub was even worse apparently. If Bazunu did end up there he'd only have competition from other non-Scottish players, it would seem, as Scotland don't train keepers any more..

Thought it was a bit of a weakness there for several years,  Andy Gough, and Jim Leighton used to have a few howlers if i recall, certainly by reputation.

(Leighton against us at Man Utd springs to mind from a Graham Baker lofted cross at Old Trafford once)

Depending on who Ipswich go for.

Good to see the Southampton flag being displayed at the Andora v England game today. You might actually see some goals today.

Noticed four so far including a 'Normandy Saints'. I think there's around 11,000 England fans out there officially.

I wonder how much of our fans are based in France. I also wonder whether Brexit impacted that number

I fear that Brentford will sink like a stone if he goes plus losing Mbuemo and others. Pity but they’ve obviously pissed off the bigger clubs so it’s their turn, we’ve been down that road 😏

Do you still bother? Haven’t you suffered enough the past 10 months? 🤣

I only watched the last 10 minutes. Appalling. I'm glad I missed the previous 80 minutes. Southgate out!!

Horrible, horrible attempt to play out there. They could have easily cleared that about six times.

Can't think where I've seen that type of kamikaze defending before.... Seems so familiar somehow... Sure it'll come to me shortly...

I had to laugh at the commentator at the end saying England need to be playing better opposition, surely if you’re going to chose a competitive match at the end of the season you’d want to play a ski resort

Tuchel: "It surprised me because we started well. We created an xG of three and underperformed with one. It just shows we were not precise enough and had a lack of quality in finishing."

Oh dear, he's one of those.

My Scottish son-in-law is still laying quietly in a dark room. 😂

It’s the Germans, they don’t like him. They got history.

Cucurella doesn't look old enough to have fought in war. 🙂

As an utter man child, he doesn't seem to be much threat, even if he was old enough.

Nottingham Forest writing to UEFA to try and get Crystal Palace out of the Europa League so they can take their spot is so petty. Marinakis has no shame.

A lot of head scratching at UEFA , as Texter owns part of Lyon so Palace might lose out . Lyon meanwhile had to do some hoop jumping to be allowed to play in Europa this season and they may get booted out if they are judged to have breached  any of the conditions . So up in the air and may go to arbitration …..

The problem being ownership of more than one club and both clubs being in same competition so OK to ask what is going on if your club might replace a banned Palace ??

Possibly covered before, but what is the difference between Palace/Lyon, and the RB Leipzig/ Salzburg relationship a few years ago ?

I recall both were allowed in the competition, vague recollection of a fixture between them. Unless there is anything specific to these two, I’d have thought that might have set a precedent.

Red Bull were the link between Leipzig / Salzburg , some staff were removed and a cooperation agreement was cancelled which  UEFA accepted and allowed them both to play . Texter offering to put his Lyon shares in a blind trust , like Rishi or Trump ! No doubt this will be fought over by the lawyers .

Now 0-3 , 2 more than England managed 😄

One more, England played Liechtenstein twice in 2003, and on both occasions, the result was 2-0.

Thing is Marinakis had the foresight to put his shares in blind trust before the deadline, Texter didn't and by the rules Palace should be removed, mega harsh on Palace who have got there on sporting merit

Wales 3-3 with Belgium after being 3-0 down great game but ruined by the woman commentator who has said “the red wall” about 50 times

Welsh 2nd goal was a really nice counter.
