My only gripe so far is watching Manning defend. When their winger gets it, Manning drops back into space and hopes Scienza or somebody else will shut them down. If they do get through 1 V1 with Manning, he doesn’t shut down the cross.

Living the fact that the back five are moving the ball up the field with more urgency and purpose.

Based on the first half hour, I would take a defeat here in exchange for this team being the preferred starting 11 from here on.
