This is the crux of all the issues for me - he wasn't, he isn't but in our team, in this way of playing (not even a full formation issue), the two biggest goal threats/assisters from last season, are absolutely fucking shit.

It is and it isn't though I do agree with the sentiment.

 

4231 suits out personnel better but its not as simple as 541 = shit.  It was fine in Tonda's first 9 games with the CB stepping forward into midfield and the front 3 playing interchangeably but we aren't even doing that anymore.
