Spurs won’t go down… we all know it

Yip, will be like Everton - teasing us for years but always scraping out of it.

Spurs v Forest in a few weeks though

They will likely stay up, but it's fun to watch them sweat a bit. Liverpool away next, who haven't been great...but I can't see them getting anything there.

The Forest game in a few weeks is massive. I personally think it'll be Forest who go down in the end of it all, it's nice to see a close battle for a change though rather than it being tied up by November.

Nuno will have the last laugh at the end.

You and @S-Clarke are probably right, sadly, but worth pointing out that last season they finished 17th with a total that would have got them relegated in several PL seasons had Saints, Ipswich and Leicester not stunk the place out. So that’s approaching two season’s worth of results and poor performance, not an outlier any longer.

West Ham are screwed next season either way, but more screwed if they drop this season.

My prediction is Forest will go down with Burnley and Wolves.

It’s fun to see Spurs shitting themselves a little bit, West Ham will finish above them.

I imagine that’ll be great for Nuno to see, a big middle finger towards Marinakis. 😂

How funny would it be if they go down, West Ham stay up at their expense Arsenal win the title and Chelsea make champions league

Home to Lincoln in the championship in a 1b stadium 😂

There is still a scenario where Arsenal do the quadruple and Spurs get relegated

My gooner season ticket mate has said he'll give up football if it happens, because it would mean there was literally nothing left to hope for in the future - they would have effectively completed football from an Arsenal perspective

I felt like that when we won the JPT. I should have listened to myself, those dizzy heights seem like a lifetime ago.

Lovely seeing Oxford hit a bit of form. Thought it was them Sheff Wed and one other but as it stands above Leicester and WBA

We have WBA next to potentially compound their pain but they'll be wanting the points so that's not an easy game for us. Leicester will be flat out shitting themselves. I hope Oxford survive.

Wolves, Burnley and Forest as rivals next season will mean no easy run to the title for us.

Exactly. Whilst it would be funny to see Spurs get relegated this season, it would very probably only mean that there would only be two promotion places available next season.

New manager as well as changing the majority of their squad in a WC year. It would be mayhem considering they have not been able to recover to their best form these past two seasons topped off by relegation which is unknown territory for them. Also a considerable loss in revenue to deal with. They may do well, but not a given. Burnley would be a bigger threat knowing what is required for a promotion push.
