Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 20:16 Posted yesterday at 20:16 Meh. Well stood off for a shot. Celtic in front. Motherwell had being doing fine. But it doesn't take much for them to get a chance.
Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 20:47 Posted yesterday at 20:47 Motherwell equalise! After a bit of pressure. They've had some excellent passing moves. 1

They need to beat Hearts by more than 3 goals final day at Celtic Park don’t they? Assuming they don’t get a very late goal now….

Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 20:55 Posted yesterday at 20:55 Oh dear... It was a handball. With seconds to go. What a waste. 1
Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 20:58 Posted yesterday at 20:58 Last kick of the game to win it.

Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 21:03 Posted yesterday at 21:03 Celtic will be at home, with a history of dealing with massive games. As disjointed as their side can be their resources outstrip Hearts by some margin. 40 years waiting for just one lower budget side to work together as a unit. Hopefully Hearts can get over the line. But I'd favour Celtic.
The Kraken Posted yesterday at 21:37 Posted yesterday at 21:37 Absolutely disgraceful VAR decision to give that penalty.
The Kraken Posted yesterday at 21:39 Posted yesterday at 21:39 You can’t tell from the video if it touches the hand. If it does, it doesn’t affect the trajectory of the ball and the defender heads it clear a microsecond afterwards. Tge ref is either paid off or just incompetent.

I think one player half appealed, linesman didn't flag. No other players reacted to it at all. https://www.skysports.com/football/video/33727/13543748/var-drama-as-celtic-awarded-penalty-with-virtually-the-last-kick-of-the-game Went a long way off his head I think.

JohnnyShearer2.0 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Harsh decision considering the Celtic player was effectively pushing up against him .
Patrick Bateman Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I see the BBC and so on are bleating on about weather during the World Cup ... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cy928q8engzo Seems like no one now remembers Mexico '96, Italia '90 and USA '94 ... all notoriously hot?? Time to start giving the media a wide swerve again. 1

I remember Bobby Charlton being yards behind a pass for him in Mexico due to altitude and heat !

I caught up with all of the controversy this morning. The biggest factor all the pundits agreed on was that if the ball hit his hand it would have bounced to the floor about a metre away, and he’d not have been able to get the power to put the ball out for a throw in. Disgusting decision it really is. There’s no doubt of the size and influence Celtic have got, more akin to cheating then our “spygate” will ever be. Its amazing how this title run have got a lot more people keeping an eye on the SPL. Really hope Hearts get the result at the weekend and upset the establishment. 1
