Dusic Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Inspired by Sheff Utd signing Louie Barry...as per title. Danny Wallace, closely followed by Lee Todd.
Lighthouse Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Peter Shilton* Aaron Martin - Chris Perry - Wayne Thomas - Charlie Taylor - Mark Dennis Lloyd James - Olivier Bernard** Charlie George - George Lawrence Lee Barnard Manager: Russel Martin * Got a bit stuck on keepers but 'Shilton' would be a decent West Indian cricketer IMO ** F**k it, he was always out of position so I'll stick him here 1

Badger Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Inspired by John B to go further into the memory, and perhaps a bit obscure as a double name: Frank Saul.

Gloucester Saint Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Alf Ramsay - I’ve definitely met blokes called Ramsey. Not many but definitely have.

Dusic Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago Jim Joyce was always really slow when running onto the pitch despite his legs moving fast.

SaintJackoInHurworth Posted 53 minutes ago Posted 53 minutes ago Some people have definitely forgotten the thread title was the *best* Saints players with two first names! Struggling to imagine Jack Stephens being in anything but the worst player to play more than 100 games for Saints! However, some laughed at Ricky Lambert, but actually Lambert can be a first name, so I am backing that suggestion! If he hadn't had so many injuries I think Luke Shaw could have got a consideration too, but sadly those injuries have kept him from quite hitting the heights he was destined for! Maybe he could have achieved them if he had stayed at Saints...! Rod Wallace would probably be the player who would ultimately get my vote!
