Better second half but would like to see Archer and Stewart up as a pair upfront.

We work hard to get into crossing positions but the crossing is dreadful.

Mind you even if it was good, I saw Stewert jump under at least 5 flick ons so I'm not convinced we'd score from a good cross.

Given the occasion that was a crap performance. Pompey much the more dangerous. That said, ref was very poor. Allowed them to waste time and spoil it.

Got a few early concerns re Will Still, can’t see us challenging for Top 2. Seems to set up all wrong and then throw on subs until something sticks.

Disappointing after the big buildup. Second half was better, but all the attacking impetus was lost with too many substitutions. Fraser and Fellows should have stayed on as they were looking the most lively. Their goalie looked completely petrified and yet we hardly troubled him. We need big improvements to start winning games and need to do it quickly before we are too far adrift.

Josh Murphy made most of our forward players look like lumps. AA being an exception when he came on, and Fraser's work rate.
