CB Fry Posted yesterday at 12:53 Posted yesterday at 12:53 I think you can make too many substitutions. 1
BotleySaint Posted yesterday at 12:53 Posted yesterday at 12:53 Jander is very tidy so far. Good reading of the game. 3

adrian lord Posted yesterday at 12:55 Posted yesterday at 12:55 Collectively, the subs haven't worked. 2
BotleySaint Posted yesterday at 12:55 Posted yesterday at 12:55 Just now, adrian lord said: Collectively, the subs haven't worked. Too much change at once I think. We've struggled to settle after the last two. 3
coalman Posted yesterday at 12:55 Posted yesterday at 12:55 Just now, adrian lord said: Collectively, the subs haven't worked. The first set did. The second not so much 4
lambtiss Posted yesterday at 12:56 Posted yesterday at 12:56 Murphy has been the best player on the pitch 2
SNSUN Posted yesterday at 12:56 Posted yesterday at 12:56 Come on Saints! I need a stiffy for days! 1

BotleySaint Posted yesterday at 12:56 Posted yesterday at 12:56 Scienza is hilarious. Every nudge and he's down. 1
SNSUN Posted yesterday at 12:57 Posted yesterday at 12:57 Late pressure Saints. Make it count. Last chance...
SNSUN Posted yesterday at 12:57 Posted yesterday at 12:57 Taylor over. That'll be that. Could've been worse.

BotleySaint Posted yesterday at 12:58 Posted yesterday at 12:58 Needed to win today. We're losing ground. Only the one shot on target.
saintant Posted yesterday at 12:59 Posted yesterday at 12:59 Better 2nd half but overall that was so fucking shite! 1
SNSUN Posted yesterday at 12:59 Posted yesterday at 12:59 Disjointed but to be expected with new players. Play the Skates in November and that would have been a different story. 3
Toadhall Saint Posted yesterday at 12:59 Posted yesterday at 12:59 Crap first half - we were the best in the second. Nil nil about right.
sotonric Posted yesterday at 12:59 Posted yesterday at 12:59 We have got to get a lot better, very quickly.
coalman Posted yesterday at 13:00 Posted yesterday at 13:00 Second half was a whole lot better. First half was godawful. Please build on the second half. Jander has to be starting over Downes who just gives the ball away constantly. 1
ButtikonSaint Posted yesterday at 13:01 Posted yesterday at 13:01 Hard to judge when the team hasn't had time to gel... Better second half but would like to see Archer and Stewart up as a pair upfront. We'll get them next game...
OttawaSaint Posted yesterday at 13:01 Posted yesterday at 13:01 (edited) We work hard to get into crossing positions but the crossing is dreadful. Mind you even if it was good, I saw Stewert jump under at least 5 flick ons so I'm not convinced we'd score from a good cross. Edited yesterday at 13:01 by OttawaSaint
Winnersaint Posted yesterday at 13:01 Posted yesterday at 13:01 Just now, Turkish said: Really shit It was, kind of expected it. They play ugly and we’re still finding our feet.
Baird of the land Posted yesterday at 13:01 Posted yesterday at 13:01 Having a better manager than sheffield utd isn't high praise. With Still as manager, not losing to pompey at home is an achievement.
AlexLaw76 Posted yesterday at 13:01 Posted yesterday at 13:01 Will Still can get in the bin. Crap tactics (again) 1
saintant Posted yesterday at 13:01 Posted yesterday at 13:01 Fairly safe bet that we'll finish mid table at best.
maxi_sopez Posted yesterday at 13:02 Posted yesterday at 13:02 Pretty shit. Second best and lucky to get a point. This does not feel like two years ago.
James Posted yesterday at 13:02 Posted yesterday at 13:02 Given the occasion that was a crap performance. Pompey much the more dangerous. That said, ref was very poor. Allowed them to waste time and spoil it. Got a few early concerns re Will Still, can’t see us challenging for Top 2. Seems to set up all wrong and then throw on subs until something sticks.
IronCitySaint Posted yesterday at 13:02 Posted yesterday at 13:02 Disappointing after the big buildup. Second half was better, but all the attacking impetus was lost with too many substitutions. Fraser and Fellows should have stayed on as they were looking the most lively. Their goalie looked completely petrified and yet we hardly troubled him. We need big improvements to start winning games and need to do it quickly before we are too far adrift. 1
Smirking_Saint Posted yesterday at 13:02 Posted yesterday at 13:02 Positives We didn’t lose Jander looks good Thats it really 1
kjurwi Posted yesterday at 13:03 Posted yesterday at 13:03 Better 2 half. Fraser or Charles Motm. Downes absolutely useless. Jander has to start for Downes next game. Stewart or Dam Downes has to start if we are going to hoof it long.
Colinjb Posted yesterday at 13:03 Posted yesterday at 13:03 That second half was promising. Just imagine if we had Rickie Lambert in this side, an actual dominant forward. 1
JohnnyShearer2.0 Posted yesterday at 13:03 Posted yesterday at 13:03 Pathetic. For whatever reason Still cant get a tune out of the players.
Baird of the land Posted yesterday at 13:03 Posted yesterday at 13:03 What was it 1 shot on target and our clown sits on his hands for 70+ minutes
Holmes_and_Watson Posted yesterday at 13:03 Posted yesterday at 13:03 Toothless, richer, championship level outfit gets draw against slightly less toothless, but still championship level, visitors. Josh Murphy made most of our forward players look like lumps. AA being an exception when he came on, and Fraser's work rate. 2
