I've tried to back him but the last two games especially today have been awful. The continued use of 3 centre backs then bringing on a fourth was too much. I was expecting some fresh tactical ideas from him but it just hasn't happened. I'd rather he tried the young lad up front today and he's never even given Aribo of Adozie a chance. He's played Fellows as a wing back and failed to utilise the talents of Azaz. I get that we've had injuries and sickness but that's the time a decent manager really earns his corn. Sorry Will but it's a no from me.

What exactly do you think he will build? Are there any signs that he has even started? I mean any - with the squad he has at his disposal we should not be going further and further back performance wise each week. We started by beating Wrexham at home to a last minute bit of luck. Can’t say I’ve seen it get any better.

I don't think the club is currently in a place to allow anyone to build anything, until this ownership is removed we'll lurch from manager to manager, DoF to DoF and relegation to relegation.

I think today is the final straw for me, hence voting sack.

I do feel for him in some ways, all the transfer business we did but still didn’t sign a quality GK or a ST to fit the profile he’d have wanted to get on the end of crosses. But it’s yet another pre-season totally wasted and there is no identity whatsoever in what we’re trying to do.

I agree with S-Clarke though, replacing him isn’t going to sort anything out. SR are the root cause and until they sell up and fck off nothing will change.

It’s utterly bizarre that we spent most of our budget on those two because Still claimed he wanted to play 4-2-3-1 only to try it once and then play 3-5-2 incessantly afterwards.

I’m Still out. But I wouldn’t say there is many out there that are better that we could realistically get.

Carrick hasn’t achieved much. Gerrard flopped everywhere but one season at Rangers (what was a two horse league).
