I think that's just because Wednesday are so bad they are leaving huge gaps in midfield. Better teams just don't give us that space and we generally lose the MF battle.

It’s exactly this. Wednesday forwards are pressing ok but their midfield press is non existent and their defenders look scared and are on the back foot.

We did get rid of a few other staff though... maybe standards on the training ground have improved and now we're actually training much better midweek?

What on earth are you on about?  This is a completely different team - where the hell has this play been?  We're playing fast, attacking, easy on the eye football and the timidness and defensiveness is no longer there.

This is a joy to watch at the moment - although we still look dodgy defensively.
