Considering we've been well on top, Scienza, Larin and Matsuki have all been quiet.

Playing well - containing them high up the pitch which basically nullifies their game plan. Expect a different approach in the 2nd half though, so hopefully Saints don’t take their foot off the pedal.

Good half. Larin looking a bit off it and should have at least got his chance on target. A goal for him would be great.

Saints doing enough to take a lead. The Wednesday defence looks very poor. Larin's fluffed a couple of good chances. I'd say 0-2 is the very minimum required at HT against this lot. Just need to be wary of doing anything daft.

Barely got out of second gear and just cruising. They've got no threat up front but it would be very Saintsy to concede a comedy goal to let them back in it.

Hopefully a few more goals in the second half. Seems every away game I go to, we fall apart after HT and all the action unfolds up the other end.

I think he was fouled as the defender didn’t attempted to get the ball and in the EPL he gets a pen.

The defender leans into him pretty hard as Larin goes to shoot.

All we can do is win our games. Control the controllables as our dear Old Nigel used to say and let the rest sort themselves out.

A comfortable match as you could hope for. Saints are their usual patient selves. Against a fragile team, that's been a bit frustrating.

But we've still had enough incisive passing to be even further ahead. Larin has got into a couple of excellent positions.

Lovely free kick from Manning to get the second goal cushion, and solid enough performances elsewhere.

Peretz has had nothing to do. Wednesday were a few moments away from creating a chance, but nothing developed. 

If we start the second half as comfortably, we can give plenty of minutes to our strong bench. Hopefully, they'll have instructions to give it some intensity for their own development.

Comfortable first half. Would like to see Larin grab 1 or 2 today to give him a boost. Getting in good positions, probably should have had one already.

Need to keep tight and focussed in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half .
