Saint NL Posted Saturday at 15:57 Posted Saturday at 15:57 Fucking yess. Two Saturdays in a row we've been a goal down at half time and come back to win. Let's hope we do it again next week 😎 2 1
CSA96 Posted Saturday at 15:58 Posted Saturday at 15:58 Adam Blackmore: This is now Southampton's best winning run in 130 years 17 3
Baird of the land Posted Saturday at 15:58 Posted Saturday at 15:58 Didn’t play particularly well but found a way to win. Handy that archer is finding some confidence. 6
saintant Posted Saturday at 15:58 Posted Saturday at 15:58 This is a big 3 points and another great 2nd half fight back. Not good for the old ticker though. 2nd is still on!!!!! 1
Swaythling Saint Posted Saturday at 15:58 Posted Saturday at 15:58 Brilliant result, Archer again - Swansea away good for last minute goals 2
LGTL Posted Saturday at 15:58 Posted Saturday at 15:58 (edited) That is an outstanding result. Swansea are no mugs at home. To come back and win from behind with what’s at stake takes fucking big bollocks. Get in Saints! Edited Saturday at 15:59 by LGTL 21

Sheaf Saint Posted Saturday at 15:59 Posted Saturday at 15:59 First time in 130 years that we've won eight consecutive games. Fucking wow. 9
Saint NL Posted Saturday at 15:59 Posted Saturday at 15:59 Bristol city took a whopping at home as well, so that's good 3
John Boy Saint Posted Saturday at 15:59 Posted Saturday at 15:59 Great result I’m working in China - so can go to sleep now. 3
AlexLaw76 Posted Saturday at 16:00 Posted Saturday at 16:00 Thought it was not our day 20 mins in, Swansea are a smart outfit but that is unreal. Dug in and won it at the death. Playoffs secured, now hope Ipswich don’t win. Fair play to Archer, what a week he has had 13

Sheaf Saint Posted Saturday at 16:01 Posted Saturday at 16:01 We only need one more point to be guaranteed a playoff spot.
hypochondriac Posted Saturday at 16:01 Posted Saturday at 16:01 If Ipswich fail to win abd we beat Bristol City then wow that Ipswich game becomes massive. 2
saintant Posted Saturday at 16:02 Posted Saturday at 16:02 Can imagine the scenes in our end when the winner went in. 1

ally_uk Posted Saturday at 16:04 Posted Saturday at 16:04 Proud of the lads, shows character and hesrt to come back 👏 What a job Tonda is doing, get him on a 5 year deal and back him with a war chest in the Summer. 6
SNSUN Posted Saturday at 16:04 Posted Saturday at 16:04 Well bugger me. I had a siesta at half time and just woke to this. Well done Saints, Archer and Tonda! Hey Boro, how about you come and join us on 75 points tomorrow? 😝

for_heaven's_Saint Posted Saturday at 16:05 Posted Saturday at 16:05 Get in there! Thought Jander, Manning and Matsuki were good today. Leo didn’t have his best game but still gets an assist and did the flick for Jander’s cross for the winner. Also think it was good management from Tonda to take Downes off at HT. He was going to get sent off. 10
saintant Posted Saturday at 16:06 Posted Saturday at 16:06 Fair to say news of the late winner by Archer was not well received on the Tractor Boys' forum 🙂 4 11
Patrick Bateman Posted Saturday at 16:06 Posted Saturday at 16:06 Hy head hurts, my heart hurts, I feel exhausted, off for a lie down 😂 4
Saint NL Posted Saturday at 16:07 Posted Saturday at 16:07 What a hit it was from Archer as well, a beauty 4
macca155 Posted Saturday at 16:07 Posted Saturday at 16:07 (edited) Just madness to keep winning like this. 8 points clear of Wrexham with 3 to play. Play off essentially certain now. Just magnificent, and chapeau to Tonda. He really does manage the game and players so well. Edited Saturday at 16:10 by macca155 2
Holmes_and_Watson Posted Saturday at 16:07 Posted Saturday at 16:07 A game that needed an instinctive, striker's finish to make the difference. And that's what Archer gave us. We're not asking him to lead the line. We now have players who are doing that in Larin. And that's given him room from a wider position to make an impact. He's had to be really patient to get his chance. But he's been a game changer in the last couple. I thought we did well to get back into it, in an even contest. When we did, and hit that ball across the 6 yard line, they made changes. That stopped Manning and Leo a bit. But Tonda eventually switched it on the right, giving us more of an outlet there and everyone stood up to play a part, in a hard fought win. We look to have such strength in depth, with everyone supporting each other, and primed to play at their best. Such a far cry from the start of the season, when the rotation was one of desperation. Tonda really instilled that winning, not just team but, squad mentality. We're digging put the wins, and not giving up from set backs, right at the highest pressure part of the season. Great to see. 5
Toadhall Saint Posted Saturday at 16:08 Posted Saturday at 16:08 We really do have something about us. The change Tonda has brought about is nothing short of miraculous. 3

Osvaldorama Posted Saturday at 16:11 Posted Saturday at 16:11 This is getting a bit silly now. Up the saints 1

On first viewing I wasn’t sure it was going in but it must’ve been for him to be given the goal. To come on that late and have your first touch as a first time volley like that is class. 1
SWLondon Saint Posted Saturday at 16:11 Posted Saturday at 16:11 Guess I'm not allowed to watch us live till the end of the season, only times I've been able to watch the last few weeks were first half of Derby and today 😆 I switched off at half time today thinking 'Surely this won't work again, will it?!'
