Don't get to excited , it may not happen still, and even if it does then it could be a qualifier against Inverness, St Johnstone, or Bala Town.

having seen the post from NTA these would be better than Shalke or Dortmund of course if we wish to qualify...

Currently, as it stands, with the list I've posted, Schalke 04 will be in the draw for the 3rd Qualifying Round, as Dortmund are winning their domestic cup in this moment in time.

EDIT: Dortmund 1-1 Wolfsburg

back to schalke or dortmund for 3rd qualifying round.

EDIT 2: Dortmund 1-2 Wolfsburg

now dortmund will enter 3rd qualifying round, with schalke upgraded to direct place in group stage.

Don't want to get all MLG on you, but we've never been in the Europa League.

It weren't no league when we were in it last.

lol- whilst it wasn't called Europa League, point is, it's Europe's second tier competition.

Plus, I took that information from UEFA's website, who presented the data like that.

Stats are rubbish anyway, they forgot 69-70 (Rosenborg, Guimaraes and Newcastle (3rd round) and we beat Guimaraes 5-1. Also anyone who thinks Steve Williams was Welsh needs their head reading.

(Maybe the Fairs Cup was not UEFA)

I've just wikid where the Final is and its at St Jakob Park Basel:o

You don't know me and will probably never meet me - but its a bit like you being a massive Swiss, FC Basel fan and finding out that the Final is at St Marys.

Unless we go all the way, the day we get knocked out the Europa League is gonna hurt...

But its probably the greatest carrot that ever got dangled in my 30 years of supporting Saints.
