This is a Premier League/FA initiative and presumably there is some financial incentive for clubs to create this additional coaching position. Can't blame Saints or any other club for getting an extra coach on the cheap while a knowledging that the recruitment will be on a fair and non-discriminatory basis. Obviously at each club there will be only one successful applicant, so it will be interesting to know over the whole scheme whether any diversity targets are actually met. In my view the only 'discriminatory' element should have been that the applicants were British citizens, but that doesn't seem to have been mentioned. Lowe should keep his toffee nose out of our Club's affairs and stick to being a loser. 9

It is also a role that is split between Saints and the Premier League which includes being an ambassador for diversity in the game. He takes a salary but donates his net income from that salary every month to a charity, allegedly. Just shows how much wealth he has that he can afford to do this.
