Colinjb Posted Monday at 20:58 Posted Monday at 20:58 Fair f*cks to Hull. Play like that in the final and they'll give either of Us or Boro a good game.

suewhistle Posted Monday at 21:00 Posted Monday at 21:00 From the newspaper: Quote FULL TIME: Millwall (0) 0-2 (2) Hull City Hull are going to Wembley! They’ll meet either Southampton or Derby for a place in the Premier League! Have I missed something?! 1

Lighthouse Posted Monday at 21:01 Posted Monday at 21:01 If you’d asked me a month ago who I’d most like to play in a playoff final, out of Ipswich, Millwall or Hull, I’d have bitten your arm off for the latter. We’ve just got to get there now. 6

bpsaint Posted Monday at 21:03 Posted Monday at 21:03 Don’t think many people saw that coming at Millwall tonight. At least the Premier League bosses got their wish of no Millwall promotion. 1
Number9 Posted Monday at 21:03 Posted Monday at 21:03 Has the 6th placed side ever won the playoff final?

JohnnyShearer2.0 Posted Monday at 21:08 Posted Monday at 21:08 Looked like the player just got a touch
Sheaf Saint Posted Monday at 21:08 Posted Monday at 21:08 That was Spurs' last best chance of a win and they fluffed it. They've got Chelsea away and Everton at home and I really can't see them getting anything out of those two. If WH can just win one from Newcastle away and Leeds at home, I reckon it could be enough.

Indeed. West Ham need to find a win from somewhere regardless. Final day still has the potential to be hilarious 1
Stripey McStripe Shirt Posted Monday at 21:11 Posted Monday at 21:11 I'm no fan of Spurs and would love it if they go down. However, that save from Kinsky at the end was world class and on a human level I'm quite pleased for the guy given what happened in the Champions League earlier in the season. 11
Yozzman Posted Monday at 21:11 Posted Monday at 21:11 Millwall manager really fucked up going 442. They didn't have a kick after that. Really lost the midfield. 2

Spurs won’t go down. I reckon both sides will lose their next game, then Spurs will get a point at home to Everton on the last day, which will render West Ham’s game against Leeds irrelevant. 3

sfc4prem Posted Monday at 21:49 Posted Monday at 21:49 Hull's winger Belloumi looked good. They seemed to be quite nifty in the final third. Vulnerable at the back, I thought.

Wouldn't be a huge shock if they won either or both of those. Chelsea are completely hit or miss and Everton have nothing to play for.

Baird of the land Posted yesterday at 07:47 Posted yesterday at 07:47 Let's hope having a home 2nd leg proves more beneficial to us.

That would have been…fun.
John Boy Saint Posted yesterday at 10:12 Posted yesterday at 10:12 11 hours ago, kitch said: Hahahaha back in your box Millwall 😆 Shame really as the whole of Wembley could have been singing “no one likes us and we don’t care” given the recent narrative. 1

The real drama over last couple of weeks has been in the National League. Rochdale with a 97th minute equaliser! Abdul Abdulmalik trialled with us a few years ago before leaving Millwall. Only an obscure point of interest (unless our Spygate punishment is demotion to the National League, in which case sign him up) but going off the highlights of one game he's too good for that level.
S-Clarke Posted yesterday at 11:37 Posted yesterday at 11:37 This has been a cracking end to the season across all the leagues really, even down to Non-League with that Rochdale and York craziness. Spurs could have had 1 foot in the PL last night had they won that, but WHU still have a chance if they beat Newcastle. If Spurs have to go to Stamford bridge next week, after WHU dump them in the bottom 3, that could be delicious viewing for everyone. It still think it'll be WHU myself, but where there's a chance we can still dream. Millwall surprised me last night, they were naff. That'll hurt them. Hull were excellent and McBurnie is exactly the sort of player who is our kryptonite, so if we do face Hull it won't be a walk in the park.

Sheaf Saint Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Stockport cruising to the L1 playoff final. 3-0 up on aggregate against Stevenage. A number of people on here were calling for us to try and get Dave Challinor in to replace Will Still. He's done a great job there and they must be firm favourites to be promoted now.
Holmes_and_Watson Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago 4 minutes ago, Saint NL said: Celtic scored, booo They will be going all out second half for a goal. As it stands, they'd need to thump Hearts on the final day. Fingers crossed for a Motherwell winner on the counter.
Holmes_and_Watson Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Switched over to Celtic (who are sadly favourites to win it in my mind), and noticed Callum Slattery playing tonight.
