Has pace, guile, exquisite first touch and works his socks off for the team.

Agree with the above, give him the 7 shirt, it’s about time our best player had it again.

When are we going to let him take our free kicks? 

Adam and Ryan both took it off him today. Leo was not happy...turned to JS who did a bit of arm waving along with THB.

The only player who actively engages with the fans at the end of matches too. The security guy who has to follow him has probably had enough of it, but what a personality Scienza is. The best player on the pitch and he makes time for the supporters, while others of lesser ability have an ego where the support means nothing.

Lambert, Pelle and Tadic always interacted with the fans when we sang their name. The fan and player divide has been growing for a while since, but Scienza seems to genuinely appreciate the support.

I don’t know whether he’ll be good enough for the Premier League, feels a bit Knockaert-esque, but expect he’ll make it there with or without us. But i’d stay in this league forever if it meant we got to watch him every week.

Manning scored a couple in August but hasn’t looked dangerous from them since.

Especially when you consider that when we signed him Scienza was the only player from Europe's big five leagues to score three direct free kick goals in 2025!

I thought the exact same thing. Armstrongs effort was terrible and Mannings free kicks have been poor since the start of the season.

I think given his back story with his career from leaving home etc which was written about a few weeks ago the guy is genuinely happy to be here, accepting and giving back the love and probably, football wise if not personally as well, is currently living his best life......and long may it continue.

So we bought him for roughly £9 Million. Given the way he has absolutely torn up this league i wonder what his valuation is now. I have no doubt he could compete in the Premier League and although i would hate to see him go, more than any other player that has left in recent times, I can't see him being here next season unless we get promoted.

He is without doubt the most exciting player we have had for many many seasons!!!

Nah we don’t need a clone of Leo, with him and Fellows we’ve got two of the best wingers in the league both of which could probably play premier league. I can’t see a striker coming here to play as back up to Armstrong when we also have Archer and Stewart to come back (I know, I know)

we’re pretty well stocked  numbers wise but the defence is the issue for me, we always concede so got to sort that out, but can’t see any more defenders coming in as we have at least two for each position already.

Songs and our support are not happy bedfellows. I noticed our fans singing something recently and expected it was going to be about Leo Scienza - “When the Samba rythmn starts to play…” - he’s Brazilian, it’s a Brazilian dance so kind of made sense. Unfortunately they were singing it about….Tom Fellows

I’m not sure how they calculate dribble stats these days but It’s hard to remember scienza ever getting stopped when he’s running at defenders. If he cuts in he’s getting a shot off if he goes the other way yea getting to the byline and and getting a drag back or cross in.. 

even comparing him to absolute Goat dribblers like Ronaldinho hazard ronaldo etc he still seems awesome cos he just seems to do what he wants every time and there is no stopping it

Yeah, just a brilliant player to watch. I really hope he's here next season.

See this is one of the reasons young players isn’t always better. If he was a academy boy like dibling doing this you could be sure he would be getting hyped to hell and having all the big clubs sniffing around . But since he’s 27 feels like there is a lot more chance in him not being as attractive and actually staying with us

Maybe but I'm sure he's already on the radar of plenty of Premier League clubs. There aren't many around who dribble as well as Leo and that's a skill that can be game changing.

If we don’t go up a lower half premier league club or one of the 3 who do go up will come in for him, nice tidy profit for SR
