I thought Bristol City were a high intensity pressing team...? Sitting back at the moment.... Maybe they know that's the way to play against us...

This is beautiful so far. Playing with confidence and swagger.

Welly makes a big difference to the shape. Need to just keep getting Scienza on the ball whenever we can.

If he doesn’t pass there then he has to score himself. Only excuse he can have.

If only he could think as fast as he can run.

Still far too much passing across the back line. Loads of possession but not much penetration and Bristol coping just fine at the moment.

Honest to God. I could sit on the half way line and play a ball sideways. Surely it can’t be beyond this team to play forward passes not horizontally. Can’t see any better result than what City did to us last year at Ashton Gate. Pathetic.

Oh crap Welington down which means Manning on. Fucking typical - just as we’re starting to look better and we have to endure the old scar tissue.

Or perhaps not!

Plenty of passing, looking nice, no threat really.

Lots of sideways movement of the ball, doubling up 40 yards out on the flanks, and then back the other side.

overloads in defence (as per) and when we work the ball wide...little/no creativity in the middle of the park.

Hopefully it’ll come back to bite me, but not convinced by Archer at all. Not a great first touch, offers little in the air and tries lots of wayward snap shots. Think I’d prefer Armstrong up there with Azaz or Fellows starting.

He's back on, thankfully.

Hope they're not taking any chances with his fitness by allowing him to play on...
