Utter garbage! Not much more you can say. The Saganowski effect seen here again...bright, flowing football, contract given and back to the risk adverse, slow plodding backwards themed football. So glad I'm too far away to ever be tempted to get a season ticket.

I'm worried we're going to revert to a back 3. At home, to a depleted Hull City. Despite our recent form suggesting we shouldn't.

So fucking predictable.

No point, busting a gut when you don't need to. The bare minimum was all that they needed today.

Saints are unbelievably crap. I really do think they want to get relegated.

Sums up SR’s tenure. Completely ineffective

I find it hard to believe we haven't blocked a single cross. Oh, wait....

What’s the atmosphere like? Apart from humourous?

As others have said, mostly resigned. Sombre. Some frustration boiling over.

The following have all had outings in the Northam:

"Sideways and backwards, everywhere we go..."

"Sport Republic, get out of our club."

"Sack the board."

First time in a while that I've seen us play. And often feel the comments on here are far more doommongering than a lot of performances might deserve.

But holy crap that was as bad as I've seen us play. Nobody has any idea what to do. Absolute cock up at the back again to let them in. Total embarrassment of a team

Will Still got sacked after a run of poor results culminating in a pathetic display against Hull. That was away though so this is even worse.

Tbh we are probably worse now than we were under Still. And that really takes some doing.

I'm assuming this week's training went something like this.

Mon. Golf.

Tues. Golf

Wed. Golf followed by call girls.

Thur. Day off. Lie in all day.

Fri. Golf followed by 3 minute team talk.

Sat. Fail at playing football.

He got sacked after losing to Preston at home.

I see Dom Ballard scored yet again.  What a great decision that was to sell him and buy Downs.

I'd rather see the U21s play in the first eleven than this shower of shit.  They are an utter disgrace to the shirt and I hopre there is a massive clear out in the summer (starting with Sport Rpeublic).

Shameful, shameful display and we have to go 4 at the back and attack at pace.

Where are the leaders?

Such a pathetic squad.

Tay Tay got vewy angwy with the fourth official for the assault on Scienza, does that count?

thought not, if Jimmy Case was playing he would put the assailant straight within minutes.

what a bunch of pussies.

It was actually a few games after that, after we lost at home to Preston.

Absolutely ridiculous decision to go down the Downs/dell Ballard route.

Even Scienza doesn't look arsed.

There is no life in this team whatsoever

Yep. We're badly coached, badly motivated, have inadequate players who are not fit enough, and people just bang on about a back 3 as if swapping Jelert for a CB and pushing Fellowes higher up will turn us into a decent team.

As soon as Hull had that corner it was so predictable that the ball would be won in the air by a Hull player. Keeper was out of position though.

Can't say that we've not had any chances to score though but as usual the complete lack of composure in attack screws us.

Get one soon after half time and there might be the chance of grabbing a point in our fight against relegation. Not likely though. I predict 1-3.

Have you been on the moon?

To think, Tonda was the only manager in the entire world who was good enough for us. Whereas that Carrick bloke who wasn’t a good enough manager option for us, sees his team beat Man City 2-0…

SR know best though. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

To be fair, golf does seem like a great way for them to maintain the fitness to play walking football. Though I bet these cunts hire buggies.

Look at where Manning is. Not on the wing as you might expect a Wing back to be positioned in attack - no he’s often found wandering in field and totally ineffective. When in defence he allows crosses into the box and stands in no man’s land often…again totally ineffective. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever hated a Saints player, but this guy is a easy exception.

The skills he learned chasing the ball around the pitch as a 6 year old are still strong.

I don’t see Wednesday afternoon happening, not enough testosterone in the squad to get their monies worth

Manning, Downes, Wood, I'd be happy if I never saw them play for us again.

Towards the end of the half Jander was looking for the left wing and there was nobody there. I suspect Manning is hiding from the crowd in the centre circle.

Tonda’s subbed off a CB - Quarshie, rather than Wood. Idiot.

Take off the CB who looked like he could win a duel and leave on the c*** who can't be arsed to jump defending corner in our box.

This is one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen from us. And that’s a very low bar.

Kick off, defence play themself straight into danger.

They’ve collectively forgotten how to play football 😂

Quarshie off - why?  He's been OK and Wood has been absolute shit.

Why not bring on STewart?  Have some presence up ftont rather than the anonymous ARmstrong and Azaz
