If we lose this game it’s because of Bragg. Completely out of his depth. Should never be starting ahead of Charles. Tonda has a real blindspot with Bragg.

I thought Bragg looked very composed. There will be Prem teams sniffing based on his performance today.

Giving them lots of space on the right where they have the over rated youngster - I'm more worried about martinelli on the left - given a clear set of heels a couple of times.

One good thing is that when bragg cramps up we've got Charles on the bench to come on and show some of his class without losing too much.

Just need wood and peretz to stay clean - a couple of shaky moments first half.

Called it 🙂

Charles highlight reel at season end is going to be a beauty.

Me too, getting tickets for that game wasn't a problem.

To be fair, a few players didn't turn up either. Lemina's lack of effort will live long in the memory.

And that ladies and gentlemen is why we all love the cup.

Awesome performance all round.

Now let's have a repeat on Tuesday, they are all cup games now.

Keep the faith, make the noise, celebrate like there's no tomorrow.

Went out to Salisbury beforehand to wish a mate's bar a happy 4th birthday. No mean feat in this economy.

And treated my uncle to a ticket - the chap whose fault it is I'm into this silly little beautiful club.

Don't know how I'll come down enough to sleep.

Irreplaceable memories.

Love it, love it, love it. This is why we spend years of watching rubbish for moments like this. Cmon you Saints

Got to admit it, I could have done without quite so much of the rubbish!

Shout out to Peretz who was calmness personified tonight and did everything perfectly. Never looked phased, made crucial saves when he had to, Handled or punched crosses and didn't put a foot wrong. We're starting to expect these performances from him which speaks volumes.

Wonderful. That's football at its very best. Superb effort from everyone everywhere. I'm loving the fact we're representing the lower divisions and great that it was on proper telly. Very proud to be a Saint.

Thought Tom Fellows was good tonight.

Get him firing again stretches teams especially having Leo and Edozie smashing it on the left.

With the fixture congestion coming we certainly need all 4 of Scienza, Fellows, Edozie and Matsuki performing.

Aye... just a shame he struggles with his shooting

Yeah, if he could only get that aspect right he'd be some player. Hoping it will suddenly click. Get Matt Le Tiss to give him some coaching.

Only a problem if we lack goals which currently we do not.

That’s the best I’ve heard SMS ever. They were there for the taking and thank god we’ve god we’ve got a few players who have the balls to respond to the crowd’s belief these days.

Plenty of full grown men with various injuries from celebrating that and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Scenes

He looks like a lizard person in human skin.

Is that all you have to say about the guy who has picked up the pieces after three years of complete mismanagement by Jones, Martin, Sellés, Jurić and Still?

I think it was Shearer that said in commentary that BM of course don’t just have any players. He has been very good, and yes BM I guess know what they are doing.

Not sure what to say really - just highly elated at what I thought was going to be a straightforward Arse win. When Leo and Stewart went off I said that’s it, we’ve lost. But I didn’t count on the team spirit and sheer will in that team that Eckhert has instilled. Every single player put their balls on the line this evening - even Manning. Fantastic performance - mainly from our Manager who had his counterpart trounced in terms of tactics.

I do worry though that without promotion a lot of those heroes might be tempted away by some big bucks. In the meantime forget about that and let it all soak in. What a way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of that magic day at Wembley.

Worth listening back to the Radio Solent commentary too... Blackmore was losing his voice with emotion towards the end!

No, I've had plenty to say, that was just one tongue in cheek comment. Don't take it so seriously.

An incredible result. They’d lost just 4 times all season in all comps to teams in the top 5 of the PL. They had a weaker team but made changes to bring on a number of their better players and we had to manage some minutes of ours. We still managed to find the deserved winner, no idea how my kids slept through it.

We missed a handful of good chances: Scienza playing for penalty, Scienza 1v1, Fellows over the bar, Scienza hitting the bar. Normally you rue those missed chances but this team has that winning mentality now and just keeps going. 15 unbeaten and counting, so proud to be a Saint right now.
