Cannot fault the players effort in the back end of the 2nd half. Really well done. Contrary to some no doubt.

Pretty familiar pattern for me - can't break down teams, resort to pumping it into the box to no one or shooting hopefully from range.

The biggest frustration for me is how much of our attacking play goes through our centre backs - THB admirably presents for the ball and tries to carry forwards but really that should be Flynn Downes' job, he is such a handdbrake on everything. No quality on the ball whatsoever. I really want my CMs to be having 50% of the touches that our CBs are having on days like today. I honestly think he should rebrand as a CB - he spends most of the game there anyway.

Honorable mentions to Manning who is garbage and Archer who I don't remember touching the ball.

Prob would have taken a point but it is a very frustrating feeling.

Passing it slowly between the back three when up against 10 men is not what is required. Coventry defended well 2nd half whereas Saints in similar circumstances would have folded.

Best player on the pitch, he played peacemaker with Lampard at the end, and just saw a shot of him giving some kid his shirt to make his day. What a man.

Maybe that's why we "played a back 5" second half - actually it was Wood and Quashie at the back - THB played midfield and got into the box for crosses. Remember we are a team of midgets. We cannot afford to take off our tall, solid good headers of the ball when we know they will be packing their box to defend and every shot from a twinkle toes will have to go through a mass of bodies.

Yeah apart from 2 quality crosses sticking it where at least one of the strikers should’ve been. It was the most obvious change from our bench.

But where strikers weren't because we don't have attackers who score regularly from crosses. 

Robinson has the close control that would challenge their defenders one on one in the box and in front of goal. They were more than happy defending against us out wide over and over.

Lampard seemed to be singling out THB, what a prize wanker.   Completely battered them second half.  Yes they sat deeper being a man short but there was a different attitude from Saints, more urgency.   It was an enthralling second half.

Scienza once again magnificent, THB and Quarshie were both excellent, and it’s hard to see how he can drop Quarshie on that performance.  Wood was better, Manning improved second half, and needed to.   Armstrong busy all day.

Two points dropped.   Hard to believe Coventry are so far ahead of the pack judged on today.

We set up all wrong, Monk said it, showed them too much respect. It was a bit gutless. However we did have two very good chances and should have been at least level half time.

Even against 10 men Tonda is too scared to move away from his 3 central defenders.  He’s really not the answer and total lack of tactical awareness showed.any true ambition and we win that match.

It was unreal really. They had one up front, 5 at the back and barely got into our half second half.

Sending him up for a short corner too  couldn’t fucking make it up.

Another generally poor performance and only the sending off allowed us a point because Coventry would likely have won otherwise. We are almost a good side and I think something is missing - possibly we need to play a back four but don't have two good enough full backs. Also we badly need a big number nine whether starting or to bring on and mix the game up. Still, a point is the most I was expecting and thought we'd probably lose so onwards to Oxford.

That's not what I saw. THB was pushed right up and involved in a lot of our build up play from a midfield position.

We were alright. Shame we couldn't get the win but that happens sometimes when the other team has to shut up shop. Overall a good point and keeps us in the playoff hunt.
