Oh sausages, we all know how that ends.

Oh FFS incoming loss then.

Other team has x amount players missing. 5th choice midfielders in defence, blah, blah.

Cue Saints loss.

Won't make any difference.  If you that good creating chances and scoring loads of goals and top table by miles the whole 11 plus subs must be quality.  If we have one player out we struggle.

4-1 win for Coventry. Simple.

Hard to believe it’s nearly 15 years ago under Adkins we beat Coventry 4-0 to clinch automatic promotion.

If I recall well, the Cov supporters were very graceful about it. We were just all thankful not to have been taken over by SISA.  In the end we got SR..

Yep. I was there. Great pitch invasion afterwards 🙂

Took my son to his first game at St Mary’s against Leicester in 2019, unfortunately, neither of us saw that coming. The last match I’d managed to convince him to attend wirh me was Spurs, when we got battered and RM legged it down the tunnel before the fifth goal even went in.

Supporting Southampton should come with a warning label.

A health warning……

This. Coventry supporters were decent that day. They had a terrible time with SISA. Havent got a good feeling about today despite recent optimism

Saints porous defence is what worries me. Not sure we can outscore Coventry today and the rest of the season doesn't look all that good if we keep conceding the way we are.

Not a fan of that lineup. The CBs will no doubt continue to look absolutely shocking when we allow them to cross at every opportunity. 3-1 Cov.

He's been training all week. Odd.

Yes but who would leave him out if he's fully fit? Must not be 100% or madness to not have him starting.

So you prefer Fraser at Rwb?

No, I prefer the guy sat on the bench who’s been training all week rather than playing a left footer at RWB.

To come on and give us pace when Scienza is knackered and comes off?

Wellington as right win back? Coventry scoring a bucket load. Can’t see us getting much today as we conceded loads. A high scoring loss 6-7

Quarshie/Stephens I'm neither here nor there but Fellows not starting feels crazy to me. Just put your best 11 out.

So what happens if Wellington does his hammy after 5 minutes? If he’s fit enough to be on the bench, he’s fit enough to start.

Yes - I'll go with your opinion as someone sat on their computer rather than medical staff who have monitored him all week - good idea

You need a Shoehorn in such situations.

That still might not see Fellows come on if they view him as only ready for 30 minutes of gametime. Why do think sports science departments throughout professional sports disagree with you?

No Fellows = no threat or fluidity on the right meaning Coventry can just concentrate on shutting down Scienza with nothing to concern them on the other flank. Advantage Coventry even with their centre backs missing.  Time for Wellington to put in a stellar performance but I'll not be holding my breath.

It looks unbalanced.  Prefer Manning and Wellington as FBs, Wood out and Robinson starting on the right before making way for Fellows.

Interesting to see how Fellows plays in the last half an hour after we've retreated back to our 18 yard line. Another Tonda second half pants shitting awaits us today.

Totally. It's not like he's unfit. If they think it's a risk to play him then surely don't even have him on the bench.

Maybe it's part of trying to deal with the 2nd half issue?
