It's so incredibly frustrating that we can sometimes overwhelm teams in this league with our quality and then on other occasions we look painfully average.

All the ability to make a real run at the play-offs.

People were calling for a change of formation for ages. We persisted with three at the back and it was at least partly responsible for throwing away so many game this season and leaving us miles away from the playoffs. Of course those saying we couldn't play it were going to get some stick when we changed formation and inevitably looked better.

I don't think many thought 4 at the back was not needed. I think the issue was we didn't have the players to play it?
