Things were a lot simpler when paper tickets were sold in person at the club booking office. Ok you had to go there and queue but online applications for electronic tickets is the stuff of nightmares. New technology is not always best. Just my opinion and many will disagree.

How, in 2026, is it such a bloody shambles trying to buy tickets online? No matter the event, it's a complete shit show. Spent over an hour this morning since 9:30 getting semi final tickets. The system is flawed.

Sales update

All of Level 1 and almost all Level 2 tickets now sold

Plenty of Level 5 tickets still available, and they haven’t made half that level available yet.

I think there's more level 2 to go on sale as well, they've sold the £150 premium level 2 but not put the £120 standard level 2 on yet which is club Wembley level more behind the goal

This is what happened to me, had to go back in 3 times before I was able to allocate tickets to everyone . Bloody shambles, lost some decent tickets each time as the options got worse & worse. Stressed me out because I was getting tickets for 7 others and I’m trying to second guess where they wanted ticket. The initial basket was in the section we had agreed, but by the time all the F&F weren’t greyed out, that option had gone.
 

I’ve now got to explain to a couple of the dinosaurs that have a physical ST how to get their tickets. FFS, that’s going to be fun….

Same as it was for any away game, go in, select seats, go to the allocation screen and allocate seats to supporters numbers. Had one extra to add so just used the "add new supporter" button in that checkout flow and jobs a gud un.

As far as i saw the whole thing was identical to every single other away game i've done and a million times better than the god awful booking system for the play offs that was run by ticketmaster

There's no point joining the queue and/or logging in before the 09:30 window opens as I'll only have to log out and back in again, because it won't recognise the new eligibility criteria for anyone already logged in before 09:30...?

Unsure.

I am a season ticket holder with 0 aways, so my window started at 9:30 this morning.

I joined the queue just after 9:20, got to the front and was let on to the site about 9:40, and then was checked out and complete with no issues at 9:45.

Though thinking back, I wasn't already logged in.  When I got to the front of the queue and was let on to the site I then had to log in.  Might be relevant, might not.

Cheers Mozz - that's very useful to know that you don't have to be logged on before joining the queue... Indeed, from what you say, it might be the 'right' way to do it. 👍🏻

So if you remain logged out when you join, there is nothing to pass and it'll do the check once you have selected tickets. So yes, join early and remain logged out, boom, job done. 

I just need these last few posts deleted now, so that I can get ahead of everyone else tomorrow morning... ;)

Does anyone know if I can transfer tickets I buy (s/t holder) to friends who may not have any history with the club? and how about friends I`ve transferred tickets to this season but who are not members?

Not sure its as straight forward as this? If you aren't logged in then you won't be eligible to join the queue?

Sometimes you just want a physical copy so you know you've got it without worrying about electronic cock ups.

It says on the club website that you can Transfer tickets . It doesn't state that it has to be to other season ticket holders , it just say you must not sell them.

I did the same..ordered Sunday night a yellow training top...has just updated as saying yodel have it eta Friday if that helps!

They are on the same level ( 2 ) as Club Wembley however I'm not sure if they have the same restrictions like no jeans, trainers or club colours.

Official Club Wembley seats are located on level 2 blocks 239-252 & 201-214

I had a couple of saints fc opened this morning, signed in on both, opened up another tab and the queue thing popped up, joined at about number 1300, which I was pissed at, as I was on it at opening, but it only took about 12 minutes from memory to get in. Got our seats in block 141, which I’m happy at.

From my experience, it was a friggin nightmare. 
 

I logged on yesterday afternoon on the off chance there couple who didn’t have any aways maybe eligible , because I would have sworn Steve Grant said on the podcast that it included last season (although I may have misheard). I was at work so I also wanted to check it wouldn’t block me because I work for a Dutch company and some of my location stuff sometimes shows Amsterdam, and that everyone was on my F&F list. Not sure I logged out, but shut computer down at end of day. 
 

Logged on at exactly 9:31, went into queue and eventually got through. Didn’t log on again, my details just came up. F&F exactly the same as day before, some greyed out. Thought it must of been because I didn’t log out yesterday, so logged out, refreshed page & re joined queue. Got in, same thing happened, so logged onto phone, same thing again. Logged back on computer, about 10:15am now. No F&F greyed out, but wouldn’t self populate my details (I was greyed out). Losing my rag, I started refreshing a few and eventually it cleared and I could go ahead. I suspect I was greyed out because the session  on my phone and  timed out, so the ticket was still allocated to me and it thought I’d already got one. 
 

All I know was it was more complicated than it needed to be, and maybe they should have had a period, maybe 8:30-9:30 where you can’t log on and everything is cleared and re set….

Pretty much the same for me.  Although I know I was not logged in when I joined queue.  I suspect theres glitches around the F&F that means they are sometimes greyed out.

First time (on phone - around an hour after sales started today) 30 minute queue, got in, tickets allocated but only half F&F can buy - despite all being ST holders.

Second time (PC) 8 minute queue, got in, tickets allocated - same again.  Tried logging out of account - error message

Third time (PC) same as second but 6 minute queue...

Fourth time (PC) - 3 minute queue - nobody greyed out but me (and I'm logged in on my accout).  Allocated all tickets to others apart from one and clicked BUY.  That then worked....received confirmation and all good...

I'd advise avoiding the first hour of the sales window and being patient..

As of 19.24 today blocks 538 - 527 in level 5 have either sold out or have yet to be released.

There are seats available from rows 13 to 39 in blocks 552 - 539 in level 5. Pretty much all the standing is available from 547 - 539

A quarter of the stadium (538 - 527) and not a single ticket free in these blocks looks more like they haven't been released - unless a season ticket holder on this website can say they have a ticket in these blocks?

It will be annoying if those who have to wait until general sale end up having better seats available if they release more (assuming I am right the others have not been released)!!

I would like to post a screenshot which better illustrates the point but this site doesn't allow uploading of images, seems you have to upload to a hosting website then get a URL which is too much of a faff!!

Yeah half the upper tier hasnt been on sale, I was wondering if the safe standing back half upper behind goal will have a good atmosphere as its cheapest tickets and standing, but negative being so far away from the action. 

Loads of tickets will go tomorrow morning to members, we have enough season ticket holders and members to sell the 33,250 allocation so will be interesting to see how many are left tomorrow night. I'm told we can have more tickets but not sure what cut off point is to request them, sooner we sell initial allocation the better

How many season ticket holders do we have ? From what is left I think most people will get a ticket.

I would love to go to this game but cannot justify it, as I will go to the playoff semi away leg and Wembley if we get to the playoff final. The expensive in one month would be far too much. In the unlikely event of us reaching the final, I will go to that as well. Could rack up some serious petrol money!

Doesn’t the person you transfer to have to already have the Saints App ? Would they have that if they’ve no history with the club?

Software was crap. Trying to find a seat even on a computer was terrible cause it zoomed in on a small section and you couldn't easily move around. Then after I chose a seat it was taken, then it tried to make me take two, then I selected one, then it put me somewhere else completely at random.

Just to ascertain a fact, it seems they actually close the website at 0920 even if you're already browsing on it.  Got bumped down the queue quite significantly.
