I know Spurs new ground cost a billion, but there is more atmosphere and spirit for

both players and fans when playing at the national stadium.

Personally I think the opposite. A full neutral venue is better and provides a more electric atmosphere than a two thirds Wembley.

We've got better stadiums now than we’ve had since the change of stadium requirements (Spurs, Emirates, Etihad, Millennium Stadium). Should be using them in my book.

Maybe but Rodri is definitely not gonna play and he'll be a huge miss for them.

Bet Pep didn’t tell us about Rodri, then put on a sorrowful expression complaining they’re down to the ‘bare bones’ though.

Does anyone know where they'll be showing the Ipswich game around the Wembley area? If WBA do us a favour, that would boost what will already be an incredible atmosphere.

It's a 12:30 kick-off, same time as Fulham vs. Villa, so have a feeling that will be the default game shown by venues.

Yep but the refs have it pencilled in for Ipswich to get a pen at 12.31 and as many as they need to win until full time

Quarshie features on the team bus departure video this afternoon... A sign that Stephens has been deemed unfit or just keeping all options open...?

Ordered some more of those DH Gate FA Cup tops in the hope to get the proper halo but they are the same as the ones I already have. If anyone is size medium and wants them I’m happy to bring along to Wembley.

The way Tonda has been coy about Wellington has made me wonder if he is going to go left field replacing Manning

I had the same feeling but I can't see any alternative to Wellington. Even if he went with 3 centre backs surely Wellington would be left wing back.

Yeah I picked up on that. I really hope we go with the most obvious replacement for Manning (Welington). And please don't muck around with different formations at the back - that must be unlikely. I hope.

I'd also be surprised if Wood didn't play (if Stephens is unfit which looks likely). Quarshie's pace might be tempting but he's had so few minutes.

If Tonda keeps us guessing that is good news because they won't know either. If they even care!

Remember there are 9 named subs in the FA Cup so regardless of Capt Jack’s fitness Quarshie is bound to feature in the matchday squad.

My lad ordered one but it’s not arrived. So would happily take one, but appreciate meeting up may be tricky. Where you heading beforehand? We were planning on Spoons or the Green Man I think.

Good luck in your game tomorrow.    It's nothing to do with league placings or who gets what in the Championship this season, just sincere wishes you can do it and go on to reach the Final.    Wanted you to do it back in 2003 when think Gordon Strachan were manager but wasn't to be.   Now there's another opportunity in clear sight to win it again and it would be great for neutrals on the 50 year anniversary.

mid-late 1970's was a great time when teams like ours won the competition, beating bigger clubs in the Final when few gave it a chance.    Just go out this weekend and believe you can do it, the opposition are far from indestructible and last years final just goes to prove all things are possible at this stage of competition.

What better way to celebrate the resolution of the embedded video/image issue on the site than to share this...

Whatever happens today, I hope everyone has a grand day out and enjoys the occasion.

Oh wow! In such good condition too.

I had the bag, long since faded/split and dumped, but still have the programme and a silk scarf.

Really looking forward to the Wembley experience today whatever the result. Lets make loads of noise and show all those plastics what it means to support a real football team. COYR

Prediction: 2-1 to Man City

Definitely a backs to the wall performance from us relying on counter attacks, although I have a feeling City are more reactive to a counter attack than Arsenal were.

Peretz; Bree, Harwood-Bellis, Wood, Welington; Bragg, Jander, Azaz; Fellows, Stewart, Scienza - is my prediction, but deep down I’d rather see Larin and Stephens playing.

I have the mirror up on my wall. The frame fell apart so I had to get it reframed

Is there a reason you haven’t started Flynn Downs?

- as you were; just saw the BBC article

Anybody down at Central station yet?

Wondering how they've set up the queueing system.

Hoping to catch the 10:30 (or so) from Winchester, if there's already queues at Southampton Central i'm in for an interesting day!

He's suspended. Got a retrospective 3-match ban for elbowing a Swansea player.

Really hard to pick the team for this one.

Hope Stephens is fit. Also a bit concerned with Welly's lack of minutes.

Can see us getting pumped, but still looking forward to it.

Must be keen and excited, 7 and a half hours until kick off and I'm already getting my Pret on in Bond Street. Good job Box Park opens at ten.

Bring on those beers.

Managed to get straight onto one of the extra/re-routed trains at Central (09.43), only for them to not have a driver ready. 😆

Slow clap, SWR...
