As the noise increased over the last week, I began to feel that it was inevitable that we'd be chucked out.

Admitted to 4 counts but I bet those were the ones there was evidence for, and they couldn't avoid. Judging by the results it was a pointless activity, but that's irrelevant, guilty beyond that charged. We'll be known for this for many years.

What really pisses me off is that the club has hung it's own fans and players out to dry. They knew they were guilty and yet they still let the charade continue, and continued to stoke the fire. We all have to face the music now, .... my phone's melting. This is every Pompey fans wet dream.

They'll be facing a fair bit of fury from the fans over this. Going to be a shit summer football wise.

Appeal the points deduction.  Sort out the absurdity that lead us here (pretty easily done I would think). Apologise to the supporters.  Invest further in the team to ensure a normal automatic promotion next season.

We are in a bit of a pickle financially. We have pretty hefty amortisations to support, and believed we need to make about £50m in sales to stand still this summer.

Yep, we've had 9-0 losses humiliating relegations and lets be honest none of us wanted to believe this was true. We all though it was a bit of a joke, a kid by a tree on his phone, It would all blow over, we'd go to Wembley, win and try and stay up next year but just when you thought SRs ownership couldn't get any lower it does

Imagine being a player who'd worked your bollocks off for a manager you thought was a genius only to find out he'd duped you, why would you stick around?

We finally like we had a team we could love and it was all bollocks. Maybe the punishment was over the top, it feels like the harshest ever at the moment but the fact we even put overselves in position in the first place is whats shameful.

Exactly that. They knew the (vague and a strangely infer-spying-is-ok-outside-72-hours) rules and did it anyway. Embarrassing is the word.

It just adds to the fucking stain that SR have put on our club over the years.

32 aways across two seasons. No doubt loads have more. All the home games. And for what? 12 points and a season ended by fucking cheating numerous times? Are they fucking serious?

I am absolutely fucking fuming with this absolute shit show of a football club. How fucking dare they drag the name of our city through the mud like this. Who the fuck do they think they are?

Sack them. All. Preferably tonight. Utter cunts.

We won't struggle to attract good players, we still have more resources than most teams and ultimately people only care about money.

That’s if we still have the same owners. Worst case scenario but SR and Dragan could sell up and we could end up with a consortium and have to tighten our belts. That might not happen but it will certainly be a few months of uncertainty.

Sick of it. Not sure I would want to go if the appeal is successful.

EFL have already confirmed Boro take our place though, that's been communicated. They surely can't change the final line-up AGAIN based upon our appeal, this just feels like posturing by the club to try and get people on side. The usual line of ''We did everything we could'' bollocks.

Yep. Not just incompetence in the transfer market or whilst shopping for managers anymore. He is unable to keep his employees under control and abiding by the regulations of the league we play in.

If the appeal by some miraculous event reinstates us on Saturday (surely they wouldn't do that?) then I'd still feel aggrieved and demand heads to roll. Embarrassing debacle.

They can’t, Dragan, take the hit and get the club sold up quickly.

As self confessed cheats, no way will we be back in the final

Yep. They feel to be an add on which we'll be given back on appeal.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the club though. Heads must roll

I'd imagine players will walk, ditto sponsors.

Cluster fuck doesn't come close.

It is just bollox and posturing to the audience (us). At the very start the theme from the club that this person acted alone. Possibly did at Boro but we, as a club, then admitted to this act previously.

There is no way we spied on Oxford then no one else until the other week, whilst going on an huge unbeaten run in between.

Heads need to roll for this. What an absolute stain on our club. Not renewing next season because I have a little one and couldn’t be more pleased. Shit show club.

And fuck Boro. How absolutely fucking stupid that they go into the final. Just award Hull promotion.

Zero zero zero chance that Wembley decision will get reversed. Zero.

Just get on with the apologies and get on with the sacking. Doubt Tonda will work in this country again.

Still don’t really care. Watching training is minor.

Hope we sue the fuck out of the EFL for this charade. They should have delayed the second leg if there was even a hint the punishment would be this severe.

SR fully gone is the only bare minimum satisfactory. Tonda ditto, Parsons etc. I’d change to the original badge as well.

Anybody who thinks we spied against Oxford, then didn’t before spying against Ipswich is deluded. Why spy on Oxford, but not try and spy on Coventry, Wrexham or Derby.

Some of our supporters made right cocks of themselves, gas lighting and trolling Boro supporters, updating us on how deluded their forum was, and then attacking a couple of posters who seem to have been ITK.

We cheated, it appears it was widespread and came from the top. It wasn’t some twat with an I phone and it wasn’t 2 other games.

I really can’t be any appeal being successful, so this will royally fuck a decent opportunity to build something good out of a couple of shite seasons. People need to be sacked asap. The players and supporters have been let down massively….

The EFL come out of this as a bunch of dunder-headed wankers, for sure. Allowing the second leg to go ahead. Allowing sales to go ahead. Having shite rules to begin with.

So next year we should get a team of lawyers and pursue breaches of every team that is challenging us. Wait until the end of the season and post the package to the efl.

The punishment in no way is proportionate to the crime. I understand that we signed, as members of the EFL,  an agreement that we would not take any dispute into the courts of the land. But (and I stress I'm not a lawyer), a contract or agreement can only be valid if both parties act reasonably? If one party has acted completely unreasonably, as I believe the EFL has, it is up to the club to take legal action outside of the EFL's appeals process. Nothing can trump q decison of the court. I would hope that the club's legal team are working to overturn the decision in the courts and seeking an injunction against Middlesbrough playing on Saturday.

Whilst this is an an absolute embarrassment and absolutely amateur from the club from start to finish, lets not lose sight that this punishment is vastly disproportionate.  Yes what we did was wrong and we've been a completely mess here, but no way is this punishment fair or right.   Lets keep some perspective here.

I think we’ll get the 4 points back but hey what do I know. Saying that, none of us knew the two other incidents with Oxford and Ipswich. That’s what shafted us. There have to be more and I suspect the panel thought the same.

We'll get the written decision, but I'm wondering if they were specimen charges.

Feel for Hull. They have been preparing for us. Tomorrow they start preparing for Shitgibbonbrough but may have to prepare for us again on Thursday.

I doubt we will get the expulsion overturned but wonder if we will have any grounds to sue for loss of earnings? Three (accounted for) minor breaches of a rule and we get hit with this???

Games are played over 90 plus minutes. Despite the grief being aimed at Tonda I don’t believe for one minute that even if we did this to every team in the league, that it had a massive effect on the outcome of the games. As we have said constantly, we have videos of every single match played in our league.

Probably waiting for confirmation as EFL said the fixture could still change again.

To not even put out a holding one-liner along the lines of: "We acknowledge the EFL ruling and the angst of our fans. We will of course provide a full update after the appeal process has reached a conclusion" is rubbing salt into the wounds (pun intended).

This is surely just fanciful thinking.

We should have got the Man City lawyers in from the start and read the riot act to the panel from the beginning. Watching players doing shuttle runs (and Oxford? Are you kidding?) does not gain any material advantage. We've been conned out of our place at Wembley and frankly I'm blaming our legal team.

We now need someone who can somehow keep this team together and say right lads, let's show these fu*ckers that we're good enough to get promoted. SR don't sell anyone. Unite them to be all conquering next season.

The more I'm stewing this over, the more anger I feel towards our owners. We have to get them out ASAP.

Absolutley, no one is saying we didn't break the rules and we had to be punished for doing so.

But who is being punished here exactly? Not the club, not the owners - but the fans, who have had no involvement in this.

Give the club a massive fine, make SR pay it personally or Tonda or whoever and sack them. But the fans of ALL clubs are being punished here and it feels so unfair to everyone.

The club need to release a statement tonight, go to fuck with their internal emails to their staff - talk to the fucking fans, you fucking incompetent pricks.
