Yes, a poor transfer window. Losing Charles and THB maybe couldn't be helped, but should be be loaning out Quarshie and Archer?

Looks better than anything we've got other than Larin. Again, not sure he's a target man but at least he knows how to run at defences and take players on. Looks quite quick but probably lost a bit of pace though he's a lot younger than Vardy who'll be 40 in January. Could be worth a gamble.

He's a strange one so far. Preston fans rated him and by all accounts did well there, but it's difficult to see where he fits in, in our 4-2-3-1 he doesnt start and it's really a like for like sub, i can only think he'd fit better coming on alongside Larin if we went to 2 strikers.

Football has a long history of clubs buying successful players then playing them in a different set up contrary to their previous set up where they thrived . A high scoring centre forward who fed off his other forward suddenly becomes a solo target man and fails to score. Likewise the high scoring forward who feeds off through balls is bombarded with high crosses and is sold on as a failure. Etc . It's not really difficult to understand but clubs still get it wrong!

Maybe just random free agent stuff but his record is decent, experienced cover. I hate to be the "signed him on FM" bloke but I did once or twice on FM Mobile 23 and he was ok, can play wider too. Maybe the club have finally looked at our forward line and see we need another body in. Could be a Larin-esque bit of business if it happens. I'm not holding my breath though.
