lord knows what you fannies are listening to but he's been positive about Larin and Leo and Finn and the manager and the team all game.

Happy with that.

Look a lot sharper today, good to see. Hopefully we can get a clean sheet and make this a routine win from here.

Wood playing really well. Bree is on it. Nice link up between Manning and Scienza. Larin looking sharp.

Lots to like

Just hope that when our first eleven get tired with this high pressing that the subs can pull their finger out and keep the pressure on.

Now imperative that we kick on in the second half and don't sit back, bring inferior subs on and let them snatch a result. Praying I don't have to quote this post at full time when it proves to be prophetic.

JWP’s defensive positioning is so good. Doesn’t need to press or get stuck in, just puts himself in the perfect place to slow the attack down which allows others to come in and make the tackle.

I really wasn’t sure about bringing him back but he is still a cut above in this league.

Nice stuff on the ball and look to be balancing press with massed defence quite well. We still look a bit sleepy at times though.

Two lovely goals. Fair play to Wood for the pass to Bree.

Excellent first half from us with two well worked goals from open play as reward. Swansea have had plenty of possession but not done much with it so far and we might have added another from the chances we've created.

Need to come out fast in the second half and look to finish them off. Hopefully Tonda gets his subs right today. A win here will be very useful against the team that arrived sitting on top of the table.

Fellows has been superb today.

He was anonymous up until I posted that. Straight after that he put two great crosses in and everything started going down his side.

My maths may be wrong but would we be top in a live table without the -4? It’s a good watch this evening and we’re playing some good stuff!

Yep, top on goal difference.

Without the 4 point deduction, we'd currently be top.

And yet we've had some fans calling for Eckert to go on social media etc. 🤣😆

Great half so far, fabulous through balls from both CBs to set up the goal. JWP and Downes are owning the midfield.

Fellows and Bree are really finding space, and causing havoc

That's the performance of a top two side.

Good times

So Sidney Fudge Packer isn't alone with that thought?

What we don't want is a slow start to the 2nd half letting them back in early on. Statement of the obvious I know but it needs saying.

Get a third and then Tonda can start to think about his subs spreadsheet.

We'd be top without the minus 4. Maybe this season isn't going too badly, eh?

We haven’t won yet, surely any Saints fan should know better only 2 goals ahead

Hope we come out with high energy and tempo for a change at the second Half. Scienza needs more of the ball. He’s got the fullback on toast..

Downes has been unreal so far this season by the way.

Absolutely my favourite player so far and I was just telling my son how much I used to hate him as a player.

Co-comm just said how well we are performing defensively and how compact we are. Wah wah wah wah he's against us.

As I type this just been positive about Larin as well. Wah wah waaaaaaah

Swansea bias. It’s funny how every single commentator hates. Considering most of them probably grew up in our catchment area that’s highly unlikely

Saints have won 83% of aerial duels. Like that.

Hope the players get a good reception...

Swansea getting chances but not taking then. We play as well as we did first half and this should be 3 points in the bag. Hope we keep up the intensity, lovely forward passing first half.
