Would love a good DM too but unlikely now. Least those would add a little excitement. Haller is a good player player for the Dutch league but too slow for the PL. Right now there's only one player in Holland available and affordable for Saints who could really do a gooed job at SMS: Ziyech from Twente. We also look like the only club linked. I think he could be our Payet, of course he could another Gaston but let's stay positive! Other one could be Bouffal as lots more issues there and more interest from other clubs I reckon, plus he's injured currently. Got to be something wrong with Ziyech, can't see how a guy of that age, available at that fee with the record he's had over the last few years not being picked up by someone. He would really add some creativity the Saints are desperate for. Not really true if you ask me. There are more players in Holland atm who could be really good in the PL and who we could afford. Pröpper for example would probably be the best option for us, even a better option as Ziyech for the diamond Puel wants to play in. Unless we switch back to 4-3-3 there really ain't no use in buying Ziyech. And then there are quite a few other players who would be interesting and affordable for us. I realise there are 2 threads running so I'll inlcude this one here and that is I'm led to believe that the club have virtually completed one signing and are in advanced stages on a 2nd, nothing I have seen suggests there will be 3 signings coming into the club.
