At least with his pace he will stretch the play a bit and give their defenders something different to think about. We are getting beaten to nearly every ball at the minute and their pressing is very effective and we seem unable to find space or have any meaningful patterns of play. Really is baffling how we seem to get worse, not easy to interpret through radio but sounds like we're losing the midfield, and when we get forward we take too long to get a cross or shot in. We gave up on attacking style football and went for the ultra defence style. Which is fine until you conceed. We have some very poor players in the team who should have been replaced by now. I'm not usually negative because we usually have most of the play but this is pathetic today. JWP/Davis are useless, Lemina and Romeu are having shockers, the only player looking slightly positive is Boufal. Redmond is awful today as well. Having said that i do feel for him. The squad looks very average and our failure to bring in the creative AM weve needed for 15 months was poor.
