We're going have a cracking squad with all the moves out falling through.

Depends how committed these lads will be. Personally I'd prefer a committed Roberts to a sulking Sully, an onboard Wood to a CBA ABK, and to see Aribo, Djenepo, McCarthy & Onuachu anywhere but here and off our wage bill.

They still need to showcase themselves though for the January window.

Definitely in "get ahead of yourself" territory, but could you imagine?

Mara and Onuachu to leave. Not sure why we'd need a Tella replacement here either.

Bree the only senior player not mentioned. Maybe a Bednarek late move?

Seems very harsh on Charles after his good start. I reckon they'll find a way to squeeze him in somehow

Mind blown. Apparently Salah offered £1.5m PER WEEK to join the Saudi club. Insane.

did you see SNN earlier where the transfers are decided by the league and not the club. Basically the Saudi league dictates the fees and wages, no idea how they work out which club they join but that seems a bit mad to me.

Jesus. That's another level of obscene. The thing is, on sport so far, the Saudis have shown that if they want something, they'll buy it. Golf, Boxing, now top footballers. No FFP, and an out of kilter transfer window, makes a mockery of what we and Europe do.

True, but they had last season to do that and did the square root of feck all between them.

To be fair they showcased not wanting to play for Jones pretty thoroughly. Plus not buying into a world in which case Elyounoussi was first name on the team sheet every week.

Agreed. Any player who hasn't been committed in training or helping the group can be brought in, but only after they've earned it. It's not fair on, and disruptive to, those that have got their heads down.

And that's hoping that any moans and sulks stop, and they aren't bad influences, moaning about not being first choice, getting "injured" or generally stinking the place out.

If we don't go up with that squad...

You would think Man Utd might have come in for a cheeky loan at £3.5m…they’ve been doing lots of loan deals this window.

unless we actually still want €8m for the loan, plus an obligation to buy, as was also mentioned.

Manu Utd have re-signed Jonnie Evans, at 35. Shall we pop a bid in for Rickie Lambert? Just give him a few energy gels?

Think this window has turned down to a 7/10 at the the moment, with all the sulkers still on our books, and Che's sulking just getting into overdrive. Bad for morale. Hope Martin doesn't pick them.
