AlexLaw76 Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago HT they look pretty good, lots of chances but we have defended well. We had a couple of very good chances, but missed them all. Got away with one though

Not watching game There's definitely a chance but it looks like one of those games where we've failed to take our chances in the first half and once Fulham start bringing on their first teamers in the second half, and Scienza comes off on the hour mark, Fulham will probably take the game by the scruff of the neck and win 2-0. Holmes_and_Watson Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Good game plan against PL opposition (who you'd expect to have that bit more quality.) We've certainly had chances on the counter. Most notably Scienza. But could really have done with even a half decent final ball on some others. 2

SouSaint Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Good performance, shame about the lack of quality in the final 3rd to take advantage of the counter attacks though.

Baird of the land Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Feels like a missed opportunity that 1st half. Fulham will likely strengthen with subs in 2nd half.

Saint86 Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago I would say this is on for us if we get a bit of luck and take our chances. Quite a few of our players standing up well to their level. 1
adrian lord Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago I thought the FA Cup was one of the "crown jewels" or some such twaddle the BBC kept or is that just the final?
Chez Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago they have had the ball and we've been pushed back, but we're cut them to ribbons on the break. disappointed not to be in front. although he has mis-controlled a few times i have been impressed by larin. good physical presence and has given us an out ball. 3
Saint NL Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Tnt seem upset that the goal was ruled out. The ref blew straight away so not sure what they're unhappy about 1

In any case, their guy was in the area when it was taken, so presumably can't play the ball regardless. It's really not a controversy. 3
Baird of the land Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago When you think of the fees we blew jan23, bree was an absolute bargain at 850k. Really hope we don't lose him for free in the summer. 1
obelisk Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Impressed with Saints breaking at speed so far in this game. Shame about the finishing though. 1

SW5 SAINT Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Is it still half time. The clock on SSN appeared to show the match had reaching the 55th minute….!?

saintant Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Fellows again has been lightweight and hardly involved. He's failed to grab another opportunity. Maybe replace with Edozie or Matsuki. Stewart is cleverer than Larin so would cause Fulham more issues. We've had our moments but failed to make the most of them. Fulham will probably bring on their big guns and win the game.

Saint NL Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Commentators just said Scienza has scored 3 out of 8 big chances for Saints. Not a great record tbf
SNSUN Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago 100% this ends in a replay. In fact, I'm going to bet my house on it. 😄 COYS! Even if we get spanked by a big boy in the next round I would still love us to get through today.

Sheaf Saint Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Larin looks like he's wearing lead boots sometimes. Manning doing his usual backing off and leaving loads of room for their winger.
Baird of the land Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago They seem to have finally worked out to target our left hand side
